Clean Hotel and very nice room with 2 double beds. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. I loved how they kept their coffee carafes in the lobby full and serviced all day long! I didn't stay for breakfast but I can imagine it was great also. I dont travel alot and hadn't stayed in a Best Western in years but I definitely will again. In my opinion 5 stars.

Hotel is just ok. Room and bathroom are a good size and are clean but hotel needs a make over. Also would be nice if there was coffee in the lobby throughout the day. All the other hotels nearby do. Did not use it but the pool did look nice.

Extremely clean and well kept hotel. Well worth the price. Multiple restaurant choices nearby. Will definitely highly recommend this hotel. Rare to find such a gem so reasonably priced.

Perfect hotel for a visit to St. Bonaventure University (which is literally a minute down the road). Everything was nice and clean - front desk area, parking lot/entrance, and the room. The front desk employees were friendly and engaging. Breakfast was great - they have that amazing coffee machine where you can make lattes and all kinds of hot beverages. Convenient location and right across the street from Walmart. We didn't use the fitness center or pool but both looked equally as clean as the rest of the hotel from a quick glance. Will definitely stay again if we end up at SBU!

Check in was easy and welcoming. We were given 2 bottles of water. Person behind the desk was so friendly. The room is spacious and desk allows one to do work or sit in living room furniture and watch TV. Bed is comfortable and hot breakfast was tasty.
