- 1 hour he was looking for my reservation and had to create a...
- No towels in the room
- Very visible hair in the shower
- I had basically taken a room for 3 I had a room for 2 luckily the bed was big enough
- stains on the walls
- There was a knock on the door while we were sleeping
- otherwise very friendly welcome
- The comfortable bed we slept well
- after all the price was really inexpensive so I'm not going to complain the rest was pretty decent so it's okay

Good morning,
Honestly we were very disappointed with this hotel, the cleanliness absolutely needs to be reviewed, we were put on the non-smoking side, it smelled of cigarettes in the hallway and in the room, we're not talking about the cleanliness of the fridge and the microwave.
Frankly I recommend this host to anyone.
The welcome is the only positive point.

No heating in the room when I arrived (7 degrees on the second of December) obliged to turn it on myself, digital code for my door which does not work, obliged to leave it open to go to the toilet or shower, for the price it's is pitiful

Clean room but more than limited common areas. No light in the shower, and no hot water. I had to go to reception several times for the receptionist to believe me and go check the boiler to finally have hot water. Very thin walls: you can hear and smell everything that happens in the neighboring rooms, especially a weird smell that was floating in the hallway.

The bed is not good, the mattress is on a wrought iron, impossible to sleep fortunately we had taken the room for one night, the mattress was all stained there were hairs still on the bed.
