Agustin Inn - Saint Augustine - Adults Only

Had a great stay at Agustin Inn! It's a charming place and in a great location. It's right in the heart of St Augustine and so easy to walk just about anywhere. It also was private and a nice place to come back to at the end of the night. Our bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Each floor had a coffee maker which I was happy with since I need my coffee when I first wake up. All of the staff we met were very friendly and wanted us to be happy and enjoy our stay. The breakfast was delicious and served to you either at the inside tables or outside. The parking is offsite but you are able to initially park right across from the Inn and unload your bags. Then you move your vehicle and walk back. The walk was not far. We didn't move our vehicle after, there was no need as everything was within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

This Inn was great!! The rooms were a good size, the bed and pillows we're comfortable. It had all the amenities needed. Barbara was super. She was very nice, kept an open line of communication, and very accommodating. The location was amazing!! You.could walk anywhere. We definitely want to come back and stay here in the future. Thank you.

Conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The owner is sweet and the breakfast is tasty. This is the only place we stay in St. Augustine. If you don't enjoy music, book somewhere else, because there's a pub behind the inn playing mostly country until late. We loved it, but if you're a light sleeper or prefer somewhere quiet, this isn't for you.

The place is clean, nice views (that have balconies) breakfast time is amazing and tasty, staff is great also, bed is soft and nice, everything is walking distance, loved the fact the door is not a scanner is an actual key, location is right spot on to the fort you will Walk maybe 1/4 of a mile, we will come Back for sure

Very comfortable, well appointed room. Location was perfect! Staff was very friendly. We arrived early and they sent us a text when the room was ready. While we did not make it in time for breakfast because we slept in, the lobby smelled fabulous, so we must have missed out!

Wonderful place.... In the heart of everything.. Best location ever!! Love this place sooo much. Our third stay. Each room is unique. Comfortable. Clean. We have loved each room. This was our fav. We had the room with the front balcony. Owner is kind & caring.. Reasonable price..

Such a wonderful place to stay at,as you are right in the middle of the city! You can walk to almost everything. There were two problems with the location though...it's hard to drive to!! Very narrow streets and parking is almost non existent. There is a small parking lot across from the inn. Park there to unload. They will then direct you to a parking lot several streets away, but it's a short walk back. And the night life can get pretty loud, depending on your room. I liked it, but some might find it hard to get to sleep. If you like quaint, unique, and cozy, you will love the rooms. Everyone gets a porch or balcony and chairs to sit and relax. The room was clean and inviting, and there were lots of fluffy pillows. You can't control the A/C, but it was very comfortable and cool. There's an elevator if needed, too! There is a coffee and tea station on every floor. A nice breakfast is included, and you can eat outside or inside. You are served by the sweetest people. Actually, that stands out above all else, the people that work there. They are so nice and accommodating, and try to meet all your needs I couldn't walk very far due to medical issues, and they found us a really close parking space! Some little areas are still being repaired from the last big hurricane, and it is an older building. But we found it charming and enjoyed our stay!

The Agustin Inn is a gem of a B&B. Our welcome was very friendly, there are places to park temporarily while you check in, and the parking locations, though not directly next to the hotel, are still very close by. We got delicious cookies on check in and a tour of the dining areas, the elevator, and escorted to our room. Our room (room 6) was on the third floor, but the Elevator was very easy to use when we were too tired for stares after a long day of sight seeing. We were also right next to the upstairs coffee bar and more cookies. Breakfast in the morning was delicious both mornings. And you can't ask for a better location. Right next to The Colonial Experience attraction, steps away from St George St and tons of coffee shops and restuarants, and just a short walk to the National Park Fort. We will certainly come back again whenever we are in St. Augustine.

My wife and I have been staying at Agustin Inn for over 20 years. We stayed a week over the 4th of July holiday and everything was perfect. We had no issues and our room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast every morning was different and fabulously delicious. There were always some cookies near the kitchen and were devine. Staying at Agustin Inn is so convenient to St. George St. and all the shops restaurants and night spots. We can't say enough good things about Augustin Inn. The service from the staff went far and above our expectations. You will not be disappointed staying here.
