The picture is somewhat misleading. While the room lived up to some expectations the place is in need of a face lift and some serious help. Breakfast is very late, and especially if you have plans for the day or need to travel on... There was an older lady who cooked well, but not the younger one who was far too fast helping you settle in and far too slow cooking (be prepared for a long wait!) Parking is far from ideal too. The patio was great except that it was pretty dirty.

It might just be us but we were unimpressed with this b & b. Our room was small and shower/wc even smaller. The plants around the place are unkempt as are other parts of the building. Breakfast was just OK although 8.30 is a bit late. The only plus was it's convenience to the main streets of St Augustine.

Clean and safe. We stayed in the Elizabeth room and it was great. Stand up shower and a small semi-private porch. Breakfast was from 8:30-9:30 and was prepared well. Coffee and Tea 24x7. Happy hour from 4-5 with red and white wine.
You can walk to the historic district of St Augustine with no trouble.
Parking is available but tight. Glad i had a small car.

The best stay of our 6-week excursion. We had a room in the back of the main house with our own balcony, porch swing, rocking chair and small table with 2 chairs. It was peaceful and quiet and the weather was great so we spent lots of time outside. The walk into Town was fairly easy and you’re right near The Lightner Museum, Villa Zorayda and Flagler College. Breakfasts were yummy and the complimentary wine in the evening was a nice touch. The girls came in every day and freshened up the room which was very nice. A lovely decanter of sherry with 2 perfect glasses in the room was an added bonus.

Perfect romantic getaway
I have stayed here before with family a few years ago. My significant other and I were planning a trip for our anniversary and decided to come back. It is a beautiful bed and breakfast! We arrived a few hours before check in and they were able to accommodate us. The staff is very kind and offer happy hour in the afternoon. Will definitely be back again and again! Perfect trip for a romantic getaway.
