The Inn is so beautiful, and the accommodations are a modern touch within a historical building. The breakfast was outstanding with homemade smoothies and three delicious courses. Food allergies were well accommodated.

My daughter and I spent 4 days at Kenwood Inn. It was completely wonderful! Pat was such a gracious hostess. She made sure our stay was fabulous from the three course breakfasts every morning to the wine and sweet treats each night. The Inn is super clean, and super quiet and tranquil. Kenzie, the lizard hunter, (their pup) is darling! Give her a pet, she's a sweetie!

Best spot in St Augustine! A home away from home that is walkable to all the good spots. Amazing breakfasts and afternoon wine & cookies will spoil you. Pat is wonderful, and will help you plan your trip. Hope to return!

We had a lovely stay. Loved the common areas of the Inn. Lots of Victorian Charm. Room was clean and comfortable. 3 course breakfast by the koi pond was wonderful. Salt water pool was nice after walking all day. Fresh baked cookies were a lovely touch! Ice tea and lemonade available 24 hours-lovely. Quiet area. Highly recommend!

The rooms were just as lovely as pictured on the website. Very clean, super-soft bedding, fresh baked cookies, drinks and coffee available throughout the day. The high-end breakfast was a real treat. I never use the pool at hotels, but I couldn't resist using the lovely little pool at this inn. The staff made us feel at home and the other guests were very friendly. Even if The Kenwood wasn't in such a convenient spot for walking to the historic district and downtown I would still stay there again.

This is a marvelous B&B. The breakfasts are magnificent, and it is one of few with a pool. And it's within walking distance to everything!

We had a wonderful Wonderful stay at The Kenwood Inn for our anniversary. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to many great restaurants and activities like the scenic cruise, St George Street with the many shops and restaurants, the St. Augustine trolly tour, and French Pantry. The gourmet breakfasts at Kenwood Inn were amazing and service was excellent. We thank Pat and team for a great stay and recommend The Kenwood Inn.
