This property was not what I considered close to the historic district. It was over a mile away in a direction I would not have walked after dark, not being familiar with the area. The front desk did not have change for the washing machine. The machine on our floor was out of order. They charged us for parking because we booked through a third party company. They also did not give us our Hilton points for the same reason.

This hotel needs refreshing. My room was completely worn out: signs of wear and tear everywhere. The breakfast was minimal (burnt scrambled eggs, kielbasa sausage sliced up, burnt biscuits, no milk, no fruit etc) and the guests all seemed disappointed with many taking a look, getting a cup of coffee and returning to their rooms as I did. The linens are and tub are sparkling clean. The hotel staff are doing the best with what they have. Sorry I spent my money here. Switching hotels.

Pros: location, on-site parking (USD 15 per day), nice building, quiet, good rooms. Cons: weak breakfast, common areas cleanliness (carpet was not vacuumed once during my 4 night stay), staff friendliness

Excellent facility. Close to downtown (Old Town) and activities. Take an Uber, don't bother trying to find a parking spot. $10 one way. Rooms super clean and stocked well with frig and microwave. Charging outlets ample. Staff super accommodating and helped me change my reservation after my aunt fell ill at the last minute. Was able to change dates from a Tuesday to a Sunday. Breakfast ample, very good coffee. Quiet atmosphere.

Poor customer servic
When we checked in nothing was said about charging for parking or needing a parking pass for our vehicle. At checkout we were notified that we were being charged for parking and are lucky we did not get towed…

Far from the heart of St. Augustine, more than a mile, not walkable for most. Trolley expensive! Bathroom shower fixtures didn't work, lower shower head, but upper one did. Seemed fragile about to break. Fridge tilted toward cabinet doors, drinks fell out everytime opened. Cabinet didn’t close, could be trip/bump into hazard.

Nice hotel. Good location good full breakfast. Be advised they charge $15 for parking. Which is ridiculous. Just a way to nickel and dime you. Also try to get a room on the non highway side. It is very noisy from 5:00 AM on. Like clockwork you will be up at 5:00!
