With the water being only a few hundred feet away, the house often receives nice regular breezes in the afternoons that gently sway the palm trees in the front yard. Please note that the 4th bedroom doubles as a TV room between hallway and primary bedroom and there are doors to separate them from one another. The space has lounge chairs that convert to twin beds.
