The accommodations were nice. We had a two day stay. The room was not cleaned on the second day and supplies(towels, coffee, etc) were not replenished.

Lovely spot. Clean, friendly, well-maintained, and reasonably priced (in off-season). Best thing: I could see the sunrise over the ocean from my bed on the 4th floor! The beach is a very short walk away, and it's huge! Miles of hard packed sand, perfect for long walks. Only one downside to the hotel: I paid $20 for a fruit cup, a bagel and coffee at the cafe. You'll do much better for breakfast at Kookaburra, a few short blocks south.

We're lifetime Marriott gold loyalty members and have always been able to count on Marriott properties to be very clean and enjoyable - until our stay at the Courtyard St. Augustine Beach. We noticed 2018 reviews saying the property was out of date - and it's still that way in August 25. However, that wasn't the issue. It was the AWFUL bed bug bites all three members of my family woke up with!!! My family and I spent one night, coming directly from our home directly to the hotel at 11:30 p.m. I reported it to the manager and copied the CEO of Marriott (I'm a journalist) and the manager tried to deny there were any bugs in the room! We weren't asking for any sort of compensation - only that the room/hotel be treated to kill the bugs because our family had another reservation to stay there this week to move my son into Flagler College. So DISTURBING that he claimed to only having Ecolab check but not treat the room. Makes my skin crawl just thinking about it. We should have noticed the price was cheaper than the other Marriott properties. The Marriott in the Historic District of St. Augistine is pristine! Stay there instead!!

The hotel is decent except for the mold in the bathroom. I was surprised how much there was. I hope this get fixed, we both felt sick when we were in the room.
