Communication with owners was excellent. The apartment was true to its pictures. Beds were extremely comfortable location. Absolutely perfect easy walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and activities very nearby. We will definitely come back.

Repeat customers!
We love this property. This was our 4th time staying here. It is so peaceful and comfortable. Always clean and bright. Quick walk to the beach and amazing restaurants (two of our favorites!) also within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Repeat visit
This is our second time staying at 208B and there's a reason we came back. The property is perfect for our family (and doggie) and it's in a quiet neighborhood. It's an easy walk to the beach and the owners provide so much stuff (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc) there is no need to bring your own. (the wagon!!!). My little doggie loves it too!
And if you have any issues with the place, the owner is right on it!
I can't recommend this property enough.

Best rental ever !
This was the best property we rented in Saint Augustines Beach in the past 5 years ...Wonderful , clean , great location , great amenities ! Better than photos ...We will be back again ! DianeHT

Perfect place for a beach week!
The house was clean and very inviting. Having 2 bathrooms was awesome.
The host also had a few board games/puzzles which were great for late nights after days at the beach.
We really appreciated that they had a beach wagon, toys, an umbrella and chairs ready for us to use! So much better than a hotel and you are literally a 5 minute a walk to the beach.
It was also nice that the property had a hose outside to rinse off all the sand from the beach. Made clean up much easier with our 6 year old and 3 year old.
We’re so happy we found this spot and we will for sure come back here the next time we visit St Augustine!

Nice time cut short
We were just starting to enjoy the area when a family issue caused us to have to cut our trip short. We would like to come back to St Augustine and if we do, we would like to stay at one of this owners properties.
