Perfect overnight stay for 4 friends and my belated birthday celebration for my 70th birthday. Staff very attentive and friendly nothing was too much trouble . Have stayed here before and never disappoint s. Rooms have been refurbished and very comfortable and fresh. Great atmosphere in the dining room for dinner as there were a few other birthday parties.

This was a solo trip, so I didn't bother with a spectacular room - and they must have some spectacular rooms. It didn't matter - my room was very comfortable, and impeccably keen. The view from the bar and terrace is wonderful, as are the staff. Actually, the staff are absolutely wonderful. The hotel is very close to the airport, and if you're active, the German tunnels and St Helier are walkable. Highly recommended.

Everything was lovely, reception team very helpful, rooms had plenty of room and natural light, fantastic mattresses and really comfy pillows. Bar staff warm and friendly Lovely selection of drinks but surprisingly good selection of non alcoholic drimks. Lovely, we will be staying again (And the location perfect!)

We really enjoyed our stay in October Everything was just right. The hotel is spotless, the food is good and plentiful. The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful and our room was serviced every day The views from the hotel over the sea facing the sunrise are very special.

The view of the bay was impressive but I had to listen to the African language being spoken by the staff which I found very annoying. English whilst at work and their native tongue outside of work would have been much better. The staff when working did do a good job.

Fabulous place to stay in a very good location close to bus stops, pubs, shops and great restaurants. The town centre of St.Helier is a short bus ride away and there are lovely sandy beaches within easy walking distance. All the staff at the hotel are very helpful especially Ossie on reception along with Maria and Zandi, and Mo at breakfast is a star. The hotel is accessed via a short steep hill so this must be taken into account if walking. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and adequate storage for clothing. I will be returning again.

Lovely hotel building, and location... I don't mind a climb up the hill but some may . Comfortable room, spoilt by overlooking kitchen ducting system and associated noise from pipes and staff and pots and pans. Short of sleep..... Reception staff lovely, some restaurant and bar staff grumpy. Food lovely but portions small, for the price.... Ate out on 3 nights out of 4

The standard of service and the hotel itself was excellent. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The food (we only had breakfast) was delicious. The view across St Aubin Bay was specular. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
