From a friendly and helpful late evening check-in by Brian, to a delicious hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, baked goods, cereal and beverages, our stay was everything we could have hoped for. The room was spotless, the mattress firm, and the TV has dozens of channels... in alphabetical order! The only drawback: it takes quite a while for the hot water to make it up to the 5th floor after you turn on the tap. But it was worth the wait.

I am completely baffled by all the great reviews. The property is very run down. Our room is gross! There are NUMEROUS stains on the carpeting, chair, & bathroom floor. There is a bandaid stuck to the TV stand. Gross! The toilet seat doesn’t stay up, which is not great for my guys. So disappointed! Avoid.

Honestly, pretty much everything about my stay was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were both a breeze. I was checked in by a lady named Juana. She was incredibly friendly and efficient. When I left, I was checked out by a younger lady, but I didn’t catch her name and she was also incredibly friendly and incredibly quick. The location is convenient. The only thing that I might label as a criticism would be That it is a little pricey for one night, but I would not let that deter me from staying here again.

90% of the time when we book a hotel, we’re just looking for a decent place to crash, watch a little TV, get some good sleep, and get at it the next morning. It’s amazing how hard it can sometimes be to find hotels that can do that well, so you appreciate it when you do find one. This hotel checked all the boxes. The only bobble was we did the online check-in, so all I should have had to do was pick up my keys at the desk and be on my way to our room to crash. Unfortunately, they somehow lost my keys. Regardless, the young woman behind the desk was very apologetic and got us new keys quickly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked pretty well, and the shower was good. Honestly, that’s all we really need. Recommended. -The PowerTrippers
