Excellent! The hotel and the related services were excellent, a very good value for money. The location is very good, close to the city centre of Saint Aignan and also very close to Loire Valley castles. Close by are restaurants and some small shops and a boulangerie. Also at walking distance, you can find the biscuiterie of Saint Aignan and a pharmacy. The hotel is very nicely decorated, actually it might be the nicest hotel for the visitors of Beauval Zoo. The restaurant has good food with variety and it's also family friendly. Finally, the parking is just next to the hotel and there are many parking places. Overall, the location is excellent !

Quite basic hotel. No common spaces to enjoy theme and decoration: no garden, no pool, basic reception space. Noisy at night with door trembling every time someone opened or closed another doior. Food quality very basic.

CHAMBRE TRES MAL AMENAGEE, douche minuscule et pour finir les WC sont dans la SDB - LE BUFFET DU YUCATAN est de faible qualité ainsi que le PDJ , cela ne mérite pas un 3*

Bon accueil, choix de cocktails intéressant et bien réalisés, j'ai aussi apprécié la qualité du restaurant buffet. Les enfants ont adoré le lit en hauteur (chambre pour 4)

Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits et c'était topissime.. accueil souriant et bien informé. Le petit déjeuner bien garni du sucré au salé.Nous avons mangé au yucatan où c'était très bon. Si nous devions revenir nous n'hésiterons pas

Bel hôtel à l’ambiance Mexicaine. L’ensemble du personnel est très accueillant, agréable, et professionnel. La literie est très confortable et la chambre est bien isolée, nous n’entendions pas les bruits des chambres voisines. Le seul petit bémol vient de l’isolation des fenêtres : nous entendions bien passer les véhicules, et le froid arrivait dans la chambre par derrière les rideaux. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est vraiment propre. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
