no keys or card, everytime need to call front desk for entering/exiting the room which is the only uncomfortable thing during my stay here.

It’s a love hotel, but the service and attention to details are way better than what you get in a normal hotel! Couples travelling should definitely try this, it might spark your relationship.
Breakfast is great too!
