Unser Aufenthalt hat uns alles in allem sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage und Location sind super und die entspannte Stimmung in und um Sagres ist auch ideal für einen Familienurlaub. Nur das Essensangebot in den Restaurants in der Anlage fanden wir nicht ideal, sodass wir hauptsächlich im Ort gegessen haben (Tipp: Restaurant über der Fischaukionshalle). Außnahme waren die Getränke an der Pool Bar, die waren top.

The best family holiday we have ever had. The hotel pits kids first and then adults, while keeping 5 star standards. The food quality presentation and variety was simply amazing. Breakfast was my favourite part of the day with everything you ever wanted. Cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable and the staff as so friendly and accommodating. The weather is amazing however it is windy especially in the evening so bring a cardigan or light jacket for then. The beach and sea is crystal clear and so clean. The amount of activity's that are available you will be spoilt for choice! we will deff be back.

Martinhal is exactly what you want. Your kids will love it, and you don't have to compromise on anything, the luxury, the food, the wine, it's all great. The villas are exceptional and it's worth seeing if you can find a second family or extra guests to get one.

We had a great stay at Martinhal Sagres, the 2 bed garden house was in a perfect location a short walk from all the amenities. The 2 bed house had everything you needed for a great holiday. We had even requested safety gates for the stairs for the toddler to stop her climbing up and down. We used all the pools that were on offer and again they all had a child friendly paddling pools next to them apart from the oasis pool.The beach pool was the busiest, as this had a place to get drinks and food. The oasis pool was nice place for a quiet place to relax. You could get ice creams and juices around the interior/ outdoor pool and they were great tasting. We ate at all the restaurants and the food was excellent. We stocked up at the local supermarket in Sagres and used the on site supermarket for breakfast and anything else that we found we were running out of during our stay. It was well stocked with all the essentials. Would definitely recommend the resort if you have young children, as they also have plenty of activities to keep them entertained.

We had a wonderful stay at Martinhal this summer, where the staff were beyond brilliant - so kind, thorough and attentive - at catering for our son’s multiple serious food allergies. We met with the catering director on arrival and at every restaurant a named supervisor oversaw our meals. Our son enjoyed delicious dishes from the menu and the chefs even devised safe desserts for him (a rare thing!). The pools, watersports and sporting activities were great, accommodation spacious, clean and comfortable, and the beach just glorious. We would love to return.

Location is beautiful. Provision of facilities is thoughtful to aid the enjoyment and relaxation of the whole family. Our 7 year old grew in confidence and independence while we were there. Only drawback was that the strong wind meant it was cooler than we would have liked
