I came here as part of a small group tour. What a delightful place, with access to the Beaver trail near Altja and also the bog walk we did (that was great fun!) nearby. Friendly staff plus the stuffed wild boar in the foyer made it interesting from the get go. The rooms are quite rustic but well equipped with tea/coffee facilities, nice lamps and a TV if you wanted it. The bed was comfortable and the view into the courtyard garden lovely. It was very peaceful at night (bit too quiet for a town person!!). In the grounds there is a mushroom museum! Our group had our dinner in the restaurant upstairs and the food was very tasty, in particular the marzipan cake was delicious! WiFi in my room was good although I think the further away from the foyer you were maybe the less you had WiFi. Great breakfast as well, definitely recommend this delightful hotel.

Sagadi was truly quiet, but a beautiful place. The hotel room opened directly onto a veranda where you could enjoy morning coffee. The manor surroundings were exceptionally beautiful. The nice weather also contributed to a positive experience. On rainy days, the atmosphere might have been different. Overall, the hotel left a good impression, although better signage to the parking lot would have been helpful. The service was good. The room was really big.

This is a large hotel with large grounds. There is a large reception seating area, dining room upstairs and several meeting rooms. our bedroom was quite large with adequate lighting, along with a sofa, table and chairs. The placement of the TV on a moveable arm beside the bed was dangerous. The curtains did not make the room dark. The shower room was quite small but had plenty of hot water. Free wifi, but this did not work in the room, only in reception area. The food was very good.

So beautiful and so peaceful. Our room was more like a suite, very warm and comfortable. Located next to the manor house amidst beautiful grounds and gardens even on a rainy day in November. I can only imagine how beautiful the gardens are in spring and summer. A five minute drive to the Heritage Trail with other trails and small villages nearby. The staff was generous with their knowledge of the area including other places to eat. Their breakfast (included) was great and we had a wonderful dinner at the Manor.

The grounds are beautiful! Beware that there is no AC in the rooms. We had booked a superior room with a terrace. The first room we were assigned was unbearably hot as it faced the direct sun. The staff helpfully gave us a different room on the other side of the hotel, which was much better, but still a bit warm for comfortable sleeping. We enjoyed a delightful dinner on the terrace.

We stayed in this hotel for the weekend and enjoyed the visit a lot. We had a spacious room on the 1st floor, with a small terrace facing the inner yard. Clean, fresh air indoors, practical slide door closet. Excellent shower and comfy (not too soft) bed. Evening sun shines to room windows and terrace, but luckily room has blackout shades that prevent the room from becoming too warm. Note! Hotel organizes several activities. We participated in ”The Charms and Troubles of a Vodka-cellar”. We had an excellent guide Anne, who guided us through history of vodka in Sagadi/Estonia. Tasting included! Warm recommendation!

Toll, einmal in einem solchen Gutshof zu übernachten. Das Hotel ist ruhig im estnischen Nationalpark Lahemaa gelegen. Zudem hat es eine riesige Gartenanlage und viele schöne Nebengebäude. Die Zimmer sind schön und waren sauber. Am Morgen gab es ein feines, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und spricht gut Englisch. Ich kann dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.
