Friendly welcome, early check-in was easily granted, which was helpful when using the night bus to Sagada. But mold on the ceiling, cobwebs behind the room door, dirty window frames with trails of ants running over them, means that the cleanliness is poor. The bathroom doors urgently need to be repaired so that they close better. There was free coffee and water for breakfast. Otherwise, you can pour hot water on ramen noodles. Or you can fry your own egg and eat yogurt. But this breakfast is not necessarily to everyone's taste. We had biscuits...

The place is just so-so. The attendant did not know the reservation prior. The water was very slow and when the heater is on, the power outlets don't work. The door knob was broken. I was told there will be two double beds but what we had was a double bed with a single pull out bed. The bonfire costs 250 pesos where they told us AFTER the bonfire. Free coffee though
