Hotel Ryutouen

It is a quiet landscape that seems to be nestled in the forest, and the hotel on the hill is majestic, as if it boasts its age and experience. All the staff are friendly and friendly I didn't have a dinner reservation, but when I asked, they happily obliged and had a kaiseki meal in a room with my name written on it. I ate Japanese specialty food. All of the food was delicious and overflowing with class. The view of the river from the spacious tatami room is exquisite. The early morning buffet breakfast was also a delicacy among delicacies. All of the vegetables were carefully prepared, and the clear tofu soup, a local specialty, was also a delicacy. Of course, the fluffy white rice and miso soup were the best. There were a lot of things, but the liver and taste were the best. It was a ryokan hotelu that I wanted to go back to.

Our group stayed in 3 rooms for 2 nights. We booked a newly renovated Japanese-style room, a Japanese-style room and a Western-style room. We originally thought they were located in two different hotels. I was happy to know before checking in that they had adjacent rooms on the same floor. It was originally assigned to My Western-style room is a room for the disabled. The interior of this room and the Japanese style room are very old, especially the toilet washbasin and bathroom. The lights in the Western style room are dim and gloomy. Fortunately, the tatami seems to be newly replaced and it is very clean. The Japanese style bathroom has a transom window leading out of the living room. , so the cold air from outside keeps flowing in, and it feels colder than other square rooms. In addition, many lights in public facilities and outside corridors are turned off at night. There are a few lights in the outdoor corridors, but when I walk to the banquet room, the corridors are completely dark, and it feels eerie and dilapidated. Horrible. The large public bath is rather inferior without a cold water bath. I have never tried the women's bath. The facilities are smaller than the men's bath. The inner bath is very large and has a high floor that will not make it hot or stuffy. It has my favorite horse oil bathing set, the inner bath. There are no lights when you get out of the open-air bath. There are two blinking lights in the open-air bath. Only the light shines through the inner bath. It feels gloomy and scary and I can't relax in the bath. The bath is open until 10:30 in the morning, but I arrived at the door at 9:45. Seeing that the water has been drained, I can’t take the last dip. We have breakfast included. Breakfast is early and you have to be seated at 8:30 at the latest. The variety is mainly vegetables, which carnivorous friends will not like. There is also a dilapidated laundry room and children's room. I originally planned to wash clothes in the game room, but the dryer was broken. In short, I finished it. I can’t say that this is an affordable hot spring hotel. It is okay for this price, but the lighting problem needs to be improved. The overall property is old but very clean, and I feel like I slept well without being disturbed by anything else. In terms of location, it is very convenient to go shopping in the city. Aeon mall is a 5-minute drive away, and the location is next to the highway exit. It is worth staying.
