Amazing service and very welcoming. Final, Mustafa were very helpful at the reception, Abdul at the bar was amazing and always remembered our drinks. everyone was so welcoming no matter the weather and time of day. Will recommend to anyone plannning to stay and will come again soon!!

An excellent hotel all in all and I would be happy to return to this hotel. What I like most about the hotel was the attentive staff, the well kept grounds, the beach area and how good it is generally for people with mobility issues. (if you are disabled this is a good place to come to). (In January the hotel was fairly quiet - I suspect that this hotel would get very busy in the summer and if you are an older person you might find it a bit noisy in the summer months as the hotel does cater for young kids. ) What I dislike? The rooms could do with a makeover as they are a little tired in their decoration. Although it did not bother me, some guests were not happy with the pillows at the hotel - some found the pillows too soft. Food is generally fine but I do think that the plates should be warm at all times. The food is hot when cooked but rapidly cools as soon as it hits the plate (apart from the soup which is always hot). Drinks can be somewhat hit and miss when it gets busy - the staff do try hard but they are not always consistent. If you are a diver, Orca Dive Club is on site and they are excellent - dives usually start from 8am - breakfast in the hotel is from 7am so you are not rushing. The water in the beach area is shallow and roped off - it's clean and would be great for kids. During the day there is a life guard on duty.

Great bed,very large for 2 person, tasty food, vary various, best shisa on the beach, friendly personal, beach nearby, wifi in all corners of the resort, very clean resort, great pool and warm water, the bar is vary vast in drinks, many activities : yoga, spa, snorckeling
