前幾天入住體驗非常不錯，但是後面想去赫爾格達玩發現打不到車，要等很久才有車。某天吃完飯時發現水果不太新鮮，沒太注意直接吃了，當天晚上妻子就上吐下瀉。第二天去吃午飯時候，又發現用的食材是頭一天晚上剩下的。這樣的食物真的很令人掃興。

Можно ли забыть этот отель,по приезду домой?-нет,он остался у нас у нас в сердцах. Прекрасная атмосфера,отличное обслуживание,сказочная территория и идеальное море. Персонал этого отеля настолько душевный и дружелюбный, в какой-то момент,кажется,что ты здесь уже не в первый раз,т.к.чувсвуешь тепло людей,которые здесь работают.

A very beautiful resort with very nice staff who always smiled at you. They have both beautiful spaces (gardens) and a huge selection of food. Even the beautiful sea is no exception here. Rooms nicely tidy and clean every day. I was very pleasantly surprised by the lifeguards both at the pool and on the beach, that they do their job well. And the bartenders at the pool bar were the nicest and most amazing to us, a bartender named Khaled could make the best drinks. And as for the food, they have amazing here and the drinks are also luxurious. I would like to recommend this resort for both couples and families with children. And I will definitely like to come back here one day.

Jesteśmy 3 raz i napewno wrócimy. Czujesz się zaopiekowany. Wszystko perfekcyjne od czystości zaczynając co jest bardzo ważnym punktem. Personel uśmiechnięty, pomocny Pokoje super!!! A Remon zawsze na miejscu i zawsze pomoże!!! Polecamy z całego serca!!!

On y est depuis 3 jour et le 1 er est plus que positif. On devait être au carribean world mais le tour opérator a fait faillite donc 3 mois avant notre départ on nous a changé d’hôtel pour l’amarina. Chambre familiale au top avec espace séparé pour les enfants donc 2 tv et couloir séparant 2 chambres, au top pour être tranquille. Niveau infrastructures, 5 restaurants dont plusieurs a réserver le 1er jour: indien, asiatique, italien, arabe… bref très bons et à faire obligatoirement car le buffet principal est redondant et pas top mais on trouve toujours au moins quelque de bon. Effectivement peu de choix mais convenable. Idem pour les cocktails, trop sucrés, peu de choix mais rien de choquant à l’image de tous les pays du Maghreb comme la Tunisie le Maroc… qui ne sont pas des spécialistes des cocktails. Literie au top. Hôtel calme et reposant, pas un club bruyant. Clientèle essentiellement russe et allemande mais posée, familiale et respectueuse. Les toboggans sont un vrai plus. Chicha sur la plage payante mais dépaysante. Personnel très souriant et avenant sauf au bars mais comme d’habitude ça se comprend sachant qu’ils ne boivent pas d’alcool. Pour résumer, Hotel au top, plage avec sable mais pas de snokkling. On devait être au carribean world mais selon les locaux cet hôtel vaut 2 fois plus en terme de qualité et de services. Pour les rageux et les mauvais avis, allez aux Maldives, aux Caraïbes ou en Thaïlande mais à 5 heures de vol au mois d’octobre pour un un super rapport qualité prix, allez y les yeux fermés 😉

The cleaning services are the best. The People are always smiling, they will help you a lot with everything. The employees are kind with kids. The beach and The resort is clean everyday. I had a problem with food, usually in the morning was the same, but the meats was tasteless.

Value for money !! Full board ... fun activities were therefor kids too courteous staff!! They went out of their way to help.us specifically for food for my kid ... Perfect mix of aquarium park and beach Mr Mina front desk helped us throughout our stay !! Thank you

Sauberes Hotel mit grosszügigem FamilienZimmer. Feiner Sandstrand, leider ohne typisches Hausriff. Essen am Buffet ist eher mässig, dafür sind die 4 Spezialitätenrestaurant sehr zu empfehlen. In ca. 1 h von HRG zu erreichen. Mit Aquapark für unsere Kids.
