The first few days of the stay were very good, but later when I wanted to go to Hurghada, I found that I couldn't get a taxi and had to wait for a long time. One day after dinner, I found that the fruit was not very fresh, and I ate it without paying much attention. That night, my wife vomited and had diarrhea. When I went to have lunch the next day, I found that the ingredients used were left over from the previous night. Such food is really disappointing.

I booked this resort around 2 weeks ago. Everything is confirm and they have already charged our credit cards. After we have been charged, we saw that we booked wrong room types and saw that these 2 categories have the same price so we contacted the hotel but has not got any response back from hotel. We sent a question again, still no response. Start to worry if we made a mistake choosing this hotel

Déçu lors de l’arrivée même si un responsable a tenté au bout de 4 jours et suite à mon post sur un autre site de m’amadouer par tous moyen afin d’effacer celui ci!!! La nourriture vraiment pas très varié et l’accueil des serveurs pas très cool à mes yeux . Dommage car l’hôtel est beau bien aménagé et la soirée du nouvel an bien organisé…. Chambre réservé pour 4 personnes lors de l’arrivée dans la chambre deux personnes, un lit d’appoint venait d’y être déposé …. Non fait … je râle et là on vient entasser dans la chambre un second lit d’appoint Arrivée à l’hôtel 2h30, nous nous sommes couchés à 5h….. je n’apprécie pas vraiment l’accueil que nous avons eu… Lors du départ 3 personnes différentes afin de nous demander de mettre un bon avis sur booking….

L’hôtel est très bien, il est propre, le personnel est accueillant est TRÈS gentil, et malgrès notre difficulté avec l’anglais ils ont étaient super compréhensifs. Les informations sont claires, les repas variés et les boissons très bonnes (et bien dosés)

Super pobyt! Był to nasz czwarty pobyt rodzinny w tym hotelu. Jak zawszy wszystko rewelacja. Obsługa wspaniała, od sprzątaczy po managerów, szczególnie Remon jest zawsze pomocny i uśmiechnięty. Kolacja wigilijna i przyjęcie sylwestrowe na najwyższym poziomie. Polecamy i napewno tam wrócimy.

A special vacation with wonderful and professional employees, December 28, 2024-January 04, 2025. I must say that this is not my first time in this hotel, nor the last for sure, but it is the only hotel that I would gladly return to anytime. You always find employees to help and guide you. My favorite receptionist, Maged, a consummate professional with a smile and always jumping. A hotel management team with a positive vibe is what you need for a vacation.

The facilities were very good. The personnel were really friendly and always at your disposal, ready to answer any questions you might have. You have a lot to choose from during meal time and the food was always freshly made. The rooms are kept in really good condition and very clean.
