We were expecting a great room, after staying at an Extended Stay Suite in Colorado. But when we got to our room, it was nasty and stink. The floor was dirty, the bed skirt and underside was ripped, and the desk chair was filthy. The staff was great, but we were so tired, we didn't even have the energy to ask for another room. We slept for a few hours then left. Very disappointed.

Excellent service: "The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay". Thanks to Darline, Nana,Ariyi, and Amini. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Richard has a great team, he is very respectful and suits everything to your need. I cannot complain my room is studio and fits my need and clean.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need to make your stay nice. They also have a security guard at night to ensure guest safety. The only thing I can really say that they can improve on would be that the housekeeping needs a little more time to clean the rooms when the room has been rented out for a good while to someone so more deep cleaning is necessary and I just don't think they have the time to be able to do that. So I suggest bringing some antibacterial wipes. But other than that I definitely recommend this hotel for a short or long-term stay.

If you're looking for a quiet and safe place to getaway for a few days or more then this is it. The hotel has overnight security and rates that are flexible depending on how long you stay. All of the rooms have kitchenettes which is good if you don't plan on eating at the restaurants nearby. Pro tip ask for the "GM," Richard on how to get the best room rates.

The first thing we can say is that the staff has amazing customer service. Management and staff, from staff at the front desk to the maids - everyone was very welcoming and helpful. By far, Richard made our stay the most pleasant. Rooms are clean and all necessities are provided. Definitely will be back again. Thank you from our family for the wonderful stay.

The General Manager and staff are very helpful and accommodating. The property is clean and there is night time security. The in room kitchen and onsite laundry are very convenient for longer stays. I would recommend Extended Stay Northgate for anyone looking for a affordable, convenient and safe place to stay.

Richard, Darlene, Nelly and the rest of the staff are all super friendly and helpful. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, and it's in a convenient location at an affordable rate. On-site laundry is super convenient, there's plenty of parking. Highly recommend for short or long term stays!

The location of Extended America was convenient, with easy access to highways and nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel provided ample parking, which was a huge plus for me. Richard the General Manager is very accommodating and helpful. The in room kitchenette and onsite laundry room are both very convenient for longer stays. The property is located close to many different retail stores and is well maintained. Night time security is provided which is a nice additional feature.
