Studio 6 Sacramento, CA – Natomas & Smf Airport

Bad service and dirty motel I stayed at this Motel 6 for the weekend, while attending a conference. I recognize that, as a Motel 6, I should have lower expectations for overall service. That said, I wasn't expecting it to be this bad. Thursday Check-in was fine, front desk was kind. As I entered my room, I inspected the amenities and noticed that the toilet seat had not been cleaned. There was a dark-orange stain, likely old urine, on the seat and residue around the seat. Instinctively, I cleaned the seat, instead of taking a photo, but I called the front desk because I didn't feel comfortable sitting on a dirty seat. To rectify the issue, I called the front desk and they assured me that someone would come to clean. 5 minutes go by, then 10, then 30, I call again and a new person answers unaware of the situation. No ETA on housekeeping staff. Asked me if I was in a hurry to leave? Yes I was, and I needed to use the bathroom and shower. I decided to shower, then after 45 minutes, a member of the housekeeping staff arrives. I had to rush to put my clothes on and stop what I was doing. Toilet was finally clean. That night, I found a medium sized cockroach in the bathroom, which I killed but left on the floor, thinking tomorrow while I was gone, they would arrive for cleaning. I took a picture remembering my lack of previous documentation Friday No cleaning. I was gone all day, and not even the towels were replaced, despite their written policy of throwing towels every MWF. Saturday, I checked out.

Raneeka and Jennifer are AMAZING they made Our stay while for work be as easy as pie!!! Thank you Ladies for everything. Your staff does absolutely Beautifully on the rooms which I was really surprised at the detailing of the work that was put into it. I highly recommend

Great staff clean rooms great loaction.

Roomed smell like cigarettes in a no smoking room. I asked to be moved didn’t happen I had my 4 month old. DONT NOT RECOMMEND.

You have to have patience with staff. Language barrier can be a little frustrating if you are tired and have expectancy. But they are kind. We all have to have understanding and empathy on both ends
