Guest suite had a mildew smell that was very noticeable upon entering. Had to buy air freshener to spray the room the next day. Housekeeping didn't add more towel after taking used towels. Towel were requested 2x's during our 4 night stay. On our 4th day, our key card was deactivated and had to be reactivate each time, which was pretty annoying. Overall, the room was OK and a good size for my family.

The hardware facilities of the hotel are very good, but the location is average. One side is a viaduct and the other side is the railway. The noise is quite loud. The location is remote. The sanitary conditions are very good. The breakfast is also OK.

Our son attends Sac State, so this hotel is our home away from home. We stay 5 or so times per year. When you visit, you MUST say "hello" to Alfredo who is the friendliest breakfast buffet attendant you will ever meet. The food is also awesome. The rooms are roomy and the beds are very comfortable.
