Dump of Sacramento
Holes in the walls. Broken glass on picture. Mouse bait all over room. Supposed to be a non-smoking room. Smelled of heavy smoke. There was an incense that was sticking out of the smoke alarm. They allowed the homeless to hang around the rooms. We immediately went to office and complained. The guy said wait 40 mins and we can upgrade you to a suite. The suite had a stove to cook on. However there wasn't any pots or pans. No cups, plates, or utensils. That wasn't an upgrade. We asked for towels and a blanket. The guy said that he would bring it to our room. NO-ONE EVER CAME! I would never ever recommend this dump stay at. We left and stayed elsewhere.

Our tv didnt work at all, the sink was all dirty, bathrm was very dirty. There was stuff in the bathtub and black hair all over the back the bathroom door. The Curtins was broken as well and we had to make shift them so nobody could look into our rm.
