This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.. When I purchased 10 Beach Ave a couple of years ago, I replaced all the beds, bedding, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. I want my guests to feel respected and return annually! I expect my guests to treat 10 Beach Ave. like a home. It should be left as it was found. If something should break or become damaged, I expect my guests to inform me. We will arrange for repair, replacement or compensation. Camp Ellis is a neighborhood. I expect my guests to respect my neighbors and their summer guests. Only the agreed upon number of guests may stay in my home. I do allow most dogs. I must however, be informed prior to arrival. All waste must be picked up.
