GGuest UserVery clean and spotless everywhere you look. Fully equipped with everything you need. The environment is also very quiet. You can sleep until dawn without any noise at all. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small, but we can totally accept it. Hotels in Kenora are expensive, but the price of this hotel is reasonable in Kenora. I hope to stay in this hotel next time.

GGuest UserThey were very professional, kind and helpful. 24 hour included tea, coffee and hot chocolate was very appreciated in this cold weather. Lots of variety in included breakfast items also very appreciated. Very pet-friendly too. Kudos to the personability and hospitality of the staff.

CCINAAdvantages: The location is very good, just by the lake. You can see the beautiful lake view on the lakeside bar platform, which is quiet and peaceful. Walk to the cruise ship terminal in less than 10 minutes.
Disadvantages: The facilities in the room are relatively simple. There is a smell of sweat on the quilt.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at this location after using several other hotels in Kenora. The room was fine aside from the fact the cleaning of the room was not done well as dirt was still on the carpet and the mini-fridge/freezer was not cold when I got there. But what got me giving them a poor rating is the fact I paid for a room with breakfast and when I asked upon checking in when breakfast would be, I then was told there would be no breakfast as they ran out of supplies. I made it clear this was unsatisfactory but the guy working the counter told me he would call me to let me know what can be done and never did. There was no breakfast in the morning when this was one of the reasons I had booked this hotel as I was going to be out all day and needed a good breakfast before heading out. As well, if I had known there was no breakfast, I would have booked elsewhere for cheaper not including a breakfast. There was another couple checking out at the same time as me and they were pretty upset for the same reason.

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is very good, next to McDonald's, the hotel is under renovation, there is no catering facilities, fortunately next to McDonald's, will not be hungry.
