Hotel agradable con varios puntos de mejora.
Es un sitio agradable, sin embargo su camino es pedradoso y es difícil para maletas pesadas porque no puede rodar bien. Y las habitaciones tienen muchos zancudos y no limpian las paredes porque encontramos muchos que habían Sido estrellados en la pared.
Las vigas del baño no estaban limpias, contaban con polvo, como hongos y suciedad.
El personal es muy amable y nos funcionó mucho su asesoría turística, pero olvidaban algunas reservaciones como por ejemplo para la chimenea.

Beim Check-out kam es zu einer noch nie dagewesenen Verzögerung, obschon das Hotel bereits bezahlt war und nichts zu beanstanden war. Die einzige Dame an der Rezeption inspizierte selbst die Zimmer, ob da wohl nichts gestohlen worden sei....

Muy bonito y agradable. Los dueños son muy amables. El servicio es estupendo. Las instalaciones muy bonitas, diseño colonial, las habitaciones muy cómodas. La comida muy rica y abundante. Altamente recomendable. Siempre nos atendieron con una sonrisa y estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros.

unfortunately in my fifth stay They presented several problems, for which no solution was provided. The administrator, Mrs. Mabel Sierra, is a derogatory person. When I contacted reception, they were quite rude. shouts music noise, the same administrator shouted that please be quiet, I think it is not the way to shout in the middle of the night and make the other guests uncomfortable, when she told her to solve the problem or that I would call the police, she responded ironically. What a scare, not to threaten her, finally I had to call the Sachica police at midnight, something that is far from the thoughts of any guest, in my case I travel with my family who are elderly and looking for rest, The truth is the unpleasantness and unfortunately the bad experience lived.
