THIS IS A 3 STAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL.
We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. The door had gaps around it so noise came through meaning the vaccuming around 11pm at night kept us from getting the sleep we needed for an early morning tour. The pool was available but no bartender, and we found it wasn't cleaned daily as a massive wad of hair and brown liquid at the top was around for a few days. We also found smashed glass along the walking areas of the pool. Finally, it's hard to get a taxi to and from this place. The people were nice but I would not stay again.

Un hotel acogedor,rodeado de mucha naturaleza y confort!!!.Me encanto el paseo a caballo, el restaurante con vista a la laguna y los gansos dando un toque de naturalidad al ambiente.Un lugar Ideal fuera de la bulla.La comida del restaurante con mucha variedad arequipeña y el gimnasio super completo.El personal super amable en todas la áreas.recomendado al 100%

Buena experiencia en el BTH Hotel. Un poco lejos del centro, y AQP tiene trafico, pero lo compensa con la tranquilidad que se respira en el hotel y su paisaje. La atencion A1 de todo el personal. Nuestro vuelo salía 8 de la noche y nos dejaron amablemente que hagamos el check out por la tarde sin ningun problema. La comida del restaurant muy buena 10/10 tienen variedad y el chef debe ser muy bueno. Sin embargo el desayuno es muy normal de un hotel quizas de 3 estrellas, lo pueden mejorar. Otro aspecto a mejorar es el conocimiento de lo que la carta de bebidas del restaurant tiene. No nos sabían dar razón si había o no vinos, qué vinos habian, y hasta en abrir la botella. Detalles que deben mejorar. Igual muy buena estadía. Si quieren descansar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad al pie de un lago este es el hotel.

El hotel queda lejos del centro historico, es para descansar en las afueras de arequipa, en la campiña, es para ir al final del viaje, es acogedor, nos enviaron un taxi para recogernos en el hotel del centro en que estabamos, el restaurant , el trago de autor bth, y el de algarrobina son realmente ricos, aunque aun estan en renovaciones, por lo que el gym y el sauna aun no estan listos ni la parte de caballeriza, hubiesemos deseado estar un dia mas, igual pudimos disfrutar de ver los establos, la piscina temperada estaba un poco fria por eso no la probamos, pero navegamos por el lago y el entorno el realmente precioso

Mi esposa y mi hija pasamos una semana en el hotel, el hotel es bastante cómodo pero lo que me sorprendió es la calidad humana de las personas que trabajan en el hotel. Todos muy amables, respetuosos y sobre todo preocupados por el huesped. Mi habitación muy limpia, el restaurant muy buena comida y atención , hice un almuerzo por el cumpleaños de mi hija y todo el personal muy amable colabroro plr la ocasión. El personal administrativo y gerencia siempre preocupado por nuestra estadía hasta el último día. Lo recomiendo y sin duda este hotel mientras tenga el mismo equipo humano será uno de los lugares donde pasaremos algunos días dentro de descanso.

Es una hotel maravilloso, habitación con una vista espectacular, la atencion del personal súper bueno y espacio de diversión muy entretenidos. El restaurante tiene platos típicos e internacionales de los mejores de Arequipa con una vista al lago.

Hemos quedado fascinados! La atención de todo el personal superó nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y todas las actividades muy entretenidas. La comida deliciosa y atención en el restaurante A1. Un agradecimiento y mención especial para Víctor, quien nos recibió con una linda sonrisa y nos brindó toda la información que necesitábamos, a Doris, que continuó con el excelente servicio en la recepción y nos ayudó a gestionar la fogata y a Alexander, quien nos ayudó en los pedalones y la fogata, conectó de una manera muy linda con mi hijo. Gracias por hacer de este viaje una experiencia que jamás olvidaremos, la hemos pasado lindo. Definitivamente volveremos! Pamela y Facundo.

El ambiente tranquilo dentro del hotel con una vista increíble, el trato muy amable de las personas que atienden a los clientes, el restaurante con la mejor vista del lago y el clima excelente. La comida tradicional en el restaurante es de lo mejor.
