Très bel hôtel, très bien situé et amabilité du personnel appréciée … Toutefois, l’hôtel devrait mentionner que le spa est une zone naturiste afin d’ éviter que nous soyons surpris, notamment quand nous sommes en famille…

Suite à un deuil soudain, une partie de la famille a du partir le 1er jour du séjour. L'hotel n'étant pas complet -loin de la- j'ai demandé à l'hotel de faire un geste. Le jour de mon départ, j'ai été obligé de payer "plein pot", à l'exception d'une aumône de la direction me faisant un discount de 500 frs sur 3500 Frs payés et non consommés ni utilisés... Mentalité pourrie. C'était pourtant notre 6ème séjour d'une semaine,( on occupe chaque fois 3 à 6 chambres). A fuir

Je vais différencier l'hôtel et le restaurant qui sont pour moi loin d'être un niveau 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont propres mais ont besoins de rénovations, surtout les salles de bains. Il fait une chaleur étouffante dans les chambre, dans la salle à manger, bonjour l'écologie avec des chambres à 27-28 degrés en plein hiver.... insupportable. Le restaurant est vraiment médiocre. On a craqué pour y aller après le 3eme soir sur demande quotidienne du staff....mais franchement très déçus: De la tambouille de mauvaise cantine, mal présentée, pas bon, fade, le poisson insipide, sec, dur, mauvais. Tout était dans la même lignée, de l'entrée au dessert. On nous a proposé de remplacer la viande dans la 2eme entrée car végétarien, ils ne l'ont pas amenée du tout cette 2ème entrée, et ils ont déduit CHF. 4.00 du total du prix du menu pour cet oubli, Le prix du menu 4 plats est à CHF. 72.00, c'est exorbitant pour ce qui est servi. Ça nous a coûte 68.00 pour une entrée 1 plat et 1 dessert de basse qualité. On entendait le couple de la table à côté se plaindre des plats auprès du serveur...on était donc pas les seuls ... sans parler qu'on nous a changé notre réservation chambres Deluxe en chambre plus basique car modification de date, la personne au téléphone nous a dit que ce serait moins cher, mais tout d'un coup , au check out c'était au même prix que l'autre...Bref grosse déception, nous n'y retournerons pas. Dommage, il est bien placé, la piscine est bien, il y a un transport en bus très efficace.

Joli hôtel, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Néanmoins, une femme de ménage a endommagé nos téléphones portables en les mettant à la machine à laver. Les démarches ont été compliquées pour obtenir un remboursement (l’hôtel ne voulant dans un premier temps pas entrer en matière)…A la suite de cet incident, le personnel n’a pas été très compréhensif ni aimable… Le petit-déjeuner est acceptable, sans plus.
