Wir waren letzte Woche im Hotel Das Saal und waren sehr begeistert! Alles war super sauber, die Matratzen waren so bequem und wir schliefen so gut! Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und das Hotel ist schmackhaft eingerichtet sodass man sich gleich wohlfühlt! Bis bald! Danke

Unexpected Inconveniences During our Suite Stay
We booked a suite with the intention to enjoy the panoramic wellness area, but the lack of bathrobes made accessing the sauna uncomfortable. We understand from the staff that the hotel doesn’t have enough of them for all the suite guests.
Without bathrobes, the only option was to cover ourselves with towels while walking to the sauna area, which is on another floor and does not have a changing room. This arrangement was particularly unsuitable for female guests, so we unfortunately couldn’t use the sauna facility.
Other minor issues included an empty soap dispenser above the sink in the bathroom, malfunctioning room key cards, and minimal engagement from staff. For instance, when we arrived early, temporary luggage storage wasn’t offered until we asked, and no instructions about facilities like the sauna were provided during check-in (we had to check with the reception).

Die Erwartungen waren nicht hoch, dafür wurden wir äußerst angenehm überrascht: Ein ausnehmend gut gelungenes, modernes, eigentümergeführtes Hotel mit toller Einrichtung mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Nette Atmosphäre und ausgezeichnete Küche, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sauna mit Bergblick unvergessen. Wird nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein!
