As ever, a fabulous stay! Came for the fourth year running and was not disappointed. Added bonus to the beautiful rooms and food is the lift to the boot room! So much easier!! As mentioned earlier the rooms are very comfortable and clean, food plentiful and superb! An extensive wine list and fabulous bar with every cocktail you could imagine. As usual the staff are all very attentive and needless to say the same as the previous few years, which speaks volumes! If you’re considering a trip skiing then this is the hotel to stay in! An added bonus is the little bus that takes you to the slopes daily! Would highly recommend!

Wij komen er de volgende zomer weer voor de 8ste keer.Wij komen er thuis, we worden er altijd heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Eten en drinken is er top ,ook in de bar bij onze favoriet Michel hij serveert er lekkere A ++ merkdranken en heerlijke cocktails 🍹. Al het personeel is er hoffelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn zeer luxueus en hebben zeer goede kingsize bedden en een grote inloopdouche.Wat ook een pluspunt is in de zomer is de gratis Jokerkaart die toegang biedt tot de kabelbanen en nog andere kortingen.De ligging is voor ons perfect dichtbij alles en ook voor mooie wandelingen. Het zalige grote zwembad met ideale temperatuur en de enorme Welness met jacuzzi op het dakterras is de Max. Elke avond komt de Heer Eder de hoteleigenaar je vriendelijk begroeten bij het Dinner Wij kijken er alweer naar uit.

Excellent staff across all aspects of the hotel. Mike Thomas Manager was exceptional. Food was superb. Everybody was very accommodating, helpful and nothing ever presented a problem. Hotel facilities was fantastic. We look forward to returning!

Everything was simply done very very well. All the staff were professional yet friendly and couldn’t do enough. The room was clean and modern. The food was of excellent quality and varied as was the wine offering. The bar was well stocked and had a great ambiance. The spa was clean, well maintained and a welcome visit after a day skiing. A nice touch was the courtesy shuttle to the main ski lifts. Only very minor feedback is that the Wi-Fi speed was poor. I’ve been skiing for 40 years and this hotel experience is top of the list. Will be back.

Ein tolles Hotel, sehr freundlich, leckeres Essen, alles zum Skiurlaub unter einem Dach. Ein schöner Wellnessbereich mit warmen Pool draußen. Netter Service und warme Zimmertemperatur. Leckeres Frühstück mit frischen Säften. Mit Skibus vor der Tür.

Myself and my son(19) were fortunate enough to revist Alpinresort this year. I had been visited earlier in the year with my two daughters (10 & 16) with Cristal ski . I would highly recommend this hotel for skiing families and non skiers. We went to ski but the really enjoyed the option of relaxing back at the hotel for lunch. A full hot breakfast buffet is available catering for all tastes. Dinner was always a highlight and a kids menu is available for younger guests. The rooms , ski lockers spa and outdoor pool just elevate this to a different level. Great hotel and great staff ( who were the same as my first visit ) that elevate a ski holiday beyond the normal experience. Looking forward to my next visit

Das Hotel war einfach fantastisch! Alles war top – angefangen bei der Sauberkeit, die wirklich makellos war. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen: eine große Auswahl, frische Produkte und alles wunderbar angerichtet. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Sport- und Spa-Bereich. Eine wahre Oase der Erholung, in der man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas and the New Year. Everything was perfect, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, caring waiter and excellent cuisine. Good selection of wines. Spacious wellness area, nice pools. Handful ski lockers in the basement. Walking distance to the ski lifts and shuttle service in the morning. We will definitely return. The only deficiency is just one elevator servicing the main building which may be very busy in the peak hours and only one bathroom for the entire groundfloor including the restaurant, bar and the lobby area.
