We had a fabulous holiday! All of the staff were lovely and couldn’t fault anything! Will definitely return! The outdoor pool was a bit cold for our baby but we made use of the indoor pool instead which was always warm enough! Food was typical all inclusive, there was always something for our little one to eat and we had planned to eat out most nights anyway so wasn’t a problem for us.

Fabulous hotel nothing any trouble ,once they sorted it needed Gluten free they would come out with a tray of bread etc ,staff very friendly, Spanish tax and little bit more then expected, kids entertainment we felt was a bit late ,adult entertainment bit rubbish, but otherwise lovely area & hotel x

Erg fijn hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ligging. Enig min puntje was het bed. Kraakte als een gek. Jammer. De rest was perfect. Ook in de ochtend van. Vertrek om 6 uur een boterham kunnen eten. Zwemgwdewlte mooi en ruimte zat. Zeker voor herhaling aan te bevelen

First time in Mallorca. A lovely hotel and very good value. . Great views from my balcony and a clean spacious room. The food was very good (buffet with a huge choice) . Loved the fish and seafood and local specialties. I would recommend the house cava and vino rosado.A range of activities on offer: my group enjoyed the tennis, archery, shooting and darts. The staff were all excellent: friendly, helpful and professional. Gracias!

Had another extremely good holiday at Marfil Playa hotel in Sa Coma - food very good always something for every taste, spotlessly clean, staff a real credit to the hotel from reception to bar staff to catering staff to cleaners always happy smiling faces. I think this is our 7th visit I would never stay in another hotel in Majorca so Marfil Playa please expect to see us again next September

Excellent hotel. Comfortable rooms. Good decor. Well maintained and clean. Plenty seating areas and sunbeds. Bar staff and restaurant staff service are excellent. Very good food and good choice regards menu. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Very close to long sandy beach and promenade. Thank you to all staff for an excellent stay and in particular to Andrea for her excellent bar/pool area service (she never stopped smiling! ) and Brigette when when my wife needed her in a slight emergency and the care and concern she gave afterwards. Staff really want you to have a very good experience. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near to beach walking and cycling trails .easy to get about We had a room in front of the hotel which made sleeping difficult due to noise from the surrounding bars until after midnight Beds are fairly comfortable but pillows are of poor quality. Most 4 star hotels provide tea tray but not this one . One small bottle of water on arrival that's it ! Every thing has a price attached Deposit required for safe key (who uses a key these days) Deposit for pool towels Deposit for kettle if requested Day beds around pool needed to be hired for a high price,such a shame as none where used in the whole week we were there. Very little information in the hotel re surrounding area or hotel facilities . Food very German based salad for breakfast...really?Felt that a lot of the food was recycled from meal to meal. The hotel pool was cold ,but the sea was warmer . The entertainment team tried hard but thought they were hiding for nothing as the average age was over 50 in September . Most of the day time activities felt they were for a younger age group Overall a great location in a lovely resort but not back to this hotel for us .

The hotel ,resort & location was fantastic. It could not have been better. From the moment we arrived the staff were very welcoming, friendly, polite & helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends. I would certainly book to come back & stay again. The only negative was there wasn't any tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Un grand merci pour notre séjour ! Tout était parfait, nous avions une superbe chambre au 7e étage avec une vue incroyable sur la mer, aussi beau de jour comme de nuit. La chambre était superbe, un petit bémol pour la salle de bain qui nécessite une rénovation, et l’insonorisation de la chambre est à revoir, on entend tout. Il manque également dans la chambre une bouilloire avec de quoi se faire un café. Par contre, la chambre était très propre et la literie impeccable. Le buffet est incroyable ! Se serait vraiment chipoter que de critiquer le buffet. Il y a énormément de choix, et tout est très bon. Pour un All inclusive je ne suis pas déçue, loin de là. Le bar et snack ; boissons locales, bière très bonne, cocktail un peu trop le goût de l’eau mais c’est pas grave. Le personnel, que se soit le service, la réception, les femmes de ménage ou les deux jeunes qui s’occupent de l’animation tout le monde est très gentil, souriant, un petit mot sympas, et font l’effort de dire quelques mots en français. C’est fort appréciable. Petit point négatif pour le snack qui n’est pas compris dans le All inclusive Merci pour l’attention en chambre à l’occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage Nous avons fait l’excursion du marche de alcudia et le cap de formentor ; il faut vraiment y aller ça vaut le coup !!! Nous avons pris le massage dans l’hôtel, exceptionnel, il faut le faire ! L’hôtel se trouve à 3 minutes de la plage et il y a plein de commerces autour c’est super ça fait vraiment vacances Si je dois revenir se sera sans hésiter au marfil playa. Merci pour tout car grâce à vous tous nous avons passé une semaine de vacances exceptionnelle et on est triste de partir
