We have stayed in the europa apartments every year for roughly the past 20 years and what a difference we have seen in all those years , cleanliness , staff , facilities etc every year the staff and management step up a little bit further to make the europa apartments so much more comfortable and also attention to detail is amazing , we love this place

The quality/price ratio is good, but there are details such as the cleaners coming once in the first 5 days, bugs in the room although not excessively (understandable since the surroundings are countryside), some hair on the shower wall and blood stains on the walls from having killed mosquitoes.
We had to ask for the remote control for the television and the air conditioning remote control although this was not necessary.
They do not provide soap although they do provide towels.
The kitchen utensils are good, they give the prices and are useful.

Good location in Sa Coma, the beach is two steps away and everything is at hand.

The cleaning, lousy!! They don't clean when it's time and when they do...you'd rather they hadn't.
Soaked floors both in the apartment and on the stairs and landings outside, puddles every day. A danger!

Bring kitchen utensils
Good location, very accommodating staff, nice pool. Cheap and cheerful. If you plan to use the kitchenette, be warned- only a couple of plates, mugs, glasses, forks and butter knives provided, one saucepan and one frying pan, toaster and kettle. Will need to bring/buy anything else needed.

Super séjour ensoleillé, beau petit appartement, literie bonne, équipement un peu sommaire mais ça fait aussi travailler les restaurant et un accueil irréprochable, autant du matin que de l après midi. Un besito particulier à Lissy avec qui on a bu notre café au bar pendant 1semaine, qui a été très sympa et qui ns à donné pleins de bons conseils. On reviendra. Cedric caroline et cloe
