Todo correcto, excepto un par de fallos bastante importantes, en la habitación no había agua caliente ni gel de baño. No es la primera vez que me alojó en un hotel de 5 estrellas superior donde me han compensado mejor por errores menores a este. Compensarte con la estancia del coche (25 euros ridículos en comparación con el precio de la habitación donde ya tendría que estar ya incluido). Por todo lo demás genial.

Hôtel très agréable et conforme aux photos Très spacieux beaux et propre Je le conseil sans aucuns soucis Toute ma petite famille reviendrais pour de prochaine vacance car il est situé à côté de la plage privée Le spa la piscine et surtout le massage fait par des professionnels nous a permis de nous détendre.

The suite was very specious and really high spec, immaculately clean and with beautiful views over the bay. Beds were very comfortable and all bathroom spacious. It felt very luxurious and we loved to relax on the decked terrace. Staff were really helpful and did their best to help. One negative point was the pool area closed. Even though at this time of year it is quiet, it would have been nice to enjoy the views and relax there. TV also was not working with apps so our boys could not watch the football and the room downstairs was busy with an event. We went for lovely walks on the Cami de Ronda from there, and we could walk to nice cafes and restaurants. The beach was really lovely too.

Después de una comió en un restaurante de la zona, subimos paseando hacia este hotel para poder disfrutar de su terraza y sus vistas y tomar algo con tranquilidad. Un sitio de 10 . Sus precios acordes al lugar . Muy buena atención del personal. Muy recomendable.

Превосходно, рекомендую отель! Красивый, чистый отель! Хорошее обслуживаение! Персонал говорит на Русском , это очень приятно и удобно. Локация тоже отличная, можно купаться в разных местах, так же рядом много разных ресторанов! Отдельное спасибо за наличие сырников в меню на завтраке !

Nous avons observer une nette amélioration du personnel surtout à la piscine . Vraiment dommage plus transat a piscine Le bagagiste de l hotel ma cassé mon cadeaux en verre quand on a déposé dans la chambre mais je n ai pas voulu me plaindre . Excellent hotel. Suites are spacious and immaculate and clean! Breakfast is very good as is the food overall at the sea club. The pools are nice and the gym is just enough. Service is top notch here. Especially Anna who runs the show from the front desk. Great experience overall. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel 5 étoiles par les critères qu'il offre, mais le reste ne suit pas. Au commencement, lorsque vous arrivez d'un voyage qui a duré quelques bonnes heures de voiture, vous devriez vous attendre à du personnel à l'extérieur, mais force est de constater que celui-ci n'a jamais été présent. Certainement que le personnel est revu à la baisse en dehors de la haute saison. Pas grave, je ne vais pas me vexer pour autant. Cependant, lorsque le personnel de l'accueil est froid et à la limite courtois, ça commence â être nettement moins agréable... Résultat, on savait où se trouvait la chambre, pour le reste, on s'est débrouillé. La chambre et le mobilier sont de bonne facture et de qualité. Les lits sont confortables et la propreté était d'actualité. Voyageant avec un enfant en bas âge, nous avions prévu de manger à l'hôtel. Que ce soit avec le service en chambre ou au restaurant, les deux étaient parfaitement infâmes. Cela englobe le déjeuner qui, hormis les omelettes, n'étaient clairement pas frais et tout simplement pas bon. Sincèrement, je ne conçois pas qu'un restaurant rattaché à un hôtel 5* puisse être d'une aussi piètre qualité.

Everything was perfect! Incredible place and excellent treatment of the staff. The views from the room were spectacular. The atmosphere at the Beach Club is very relaxing and the food is exquisite. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!
