Отличный современный уютный отель с большими номерами и множеством клиентоориентированных плюшек (коврики для йоги, весы, бар из подушек, неограниченная питьевая вода, отличный спа, хорошие завтраки с шампанским). Удобная кровать, чистый и современный санузел. Здесь есть вкусный мясной стейк-хаус, рядом парк.

Очень понравился отель, внимательный персонал, шикарные завтраки, всего достаточно, красная рыба, мясо, блинчики, напитки и шампанское. Делают что-нибудь горяченькое и приносят угощать, нас угостили прекрасной кесадилью. Порции большие и сытные. Спасибо.В отеле чистенько, поставила 4 звезды, потому что не продумали по номеру напротив ресторана, необходимо заменить дверь, слышимость как работает ресторан вечером и как накрывают рано утром очень значительная.

Брали номер стандарт (с окном) для двоих. Останавливались на одну ночь. Новый, красивый просторный номер, сделано всё для удобства. Удобная кровать, подушки. Есть даже коврик для занятия спортом. Завтраки (шведский стол) вкусные (омлет, сосиски, блинчики, каша, овощи, нарезка, фрукты, десерты…). Для желающих - шампанское) Парковка на территории. Есть лифт. Администратор на ресепшен приветливо встретила (а приехали мы в час ночи). Минусов нет.

Обслуживал нас сам администратор и еще 2 официанта. Присутствие администратора при обслуживании было самой огромной ошибкой этого заведения. Совершенно некомпетентная девушка, которой еще нужно расти до своей должности. Но самый топчик, это когда Людмила (администратор) взяла с нас процент за обслуживание 2 раза, о чем я понял только потом, когда ушёл. Довольно печально, когда заведение с такой шикарной кухней страдает от неопытности и невнимательности руководящего состава.

Я благодарю сотрудников комплекса! Мы с молодым человеком ни разу не пожалели, что выбрали именно это место для отдыха! забота и позитив, качество и сервис на высоте! Русская баня - это нечто, конечно! Особенно приятно было получить комплиментом имбирное печенье. «Сова» - это не рязанский уровень 10000% и это точно должно быть 5 звезд! Мы в восторге и благодарим каждого.

Часто бываю в сове. Обожаю Итальянский ресторан, супер персонал и атмосфера! Сезонное меню просто огонь! Суп с морепродуктами и салат с тыквой покорили мое сердечко! Советую ещё попробовать равиоли и соте из Вонголе ✨ Русская баня - отдельный вид релакса! Были вдвоём с парнем - воспоминания такие же тёплые, как и spa-зона!

Посещаю данный отель по работе не первый раз и на перспективе только Ваш отель!!! Очень приятно работать с Валерией, всегда все подскажет и сделает в кратчайшие сроки. Сам отель приятный, всегда чистый. По ресторану: по еде нареканий нет, но обслуживающий персонал летом был намного эффективнее чем тот, который я увидел в декабре. Желаю Вам удачи и спасибо!

Отель очень понравился! Расположение удобное. Номера очень уютные и чистые. На территории два шикарных ресторана: итальянский и стейк-хаус (стейки там - просто восторг!). Собственная большая парковка. Рекомендую к посещению. Обязательно вернемся снова!
