Dommage que petit-déjeuner et dîner ne soient pas au même niveau qualitatif que l'hôtellerie ! Le petit-déjeuner est indigent avec des produits très moyens et un café indigne de l'Italie. Quant au dîner très basique, sa seule qualité est de ne pas provoquer une indigestion ! Décevant.

Nous étions en voyage organisé pour une découverte des Pouilles. Nous avons passé 3 nuits à l’hôtel Pinetta. C’est bel établissement, très bien tenu et les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très confortables. Il n’y a pas de canal de chaîne française sur la TV alors que manifestement nous ne sommes pas le seul groupe de France à séjourner chez eux. Le personnel parle italien, pas grand chose d’autre et a oublié qu’un sourire peut faire beaucoup. Nous étions en demi-pension. Les produits sont bons, la cuisine est bien faite mais les quantités servies sont dérisoires. Personne n’oserait avoir le culot de servir en dessert une rondelle de kiwi, une rondelle d’orange et un quart de tranche d’ananas en intitulant cette dînette de salade de fruits. Ce soir le tiramisu était servi dans un verre à Porto ! Donc sachez-le. Vous pouvez dormir la en toute confiance mais oubliez la restauration.

The structure is beautiful and well maintained, outdoor parking but with video camera, very large common areas. The room is large, as is the bathroom, everything very comfortable and functional. Excellent cleaning, except for a clearly visible stain in the sheet: it was not dirty but stained and it is a shortcoming of the laundry that should have taken care of it and also of the person who had remade the bed who should have sent it back to the laundry. The staff is very kind and very attentive to the needs of the customer. The breakfast is not adequate for a 4 star, certainly improvable: this is the reason for my star less, otherwise it would have had the maximum rating.

The rooms are nice, but for what you pay including the spa service... You could do much more! I was a little disappointed... The spa is small and not at all relaxing since very often you find yourself sharing it with other people without reserving it for the user who asks for it. A real shame for the amount spent.

nous avons eu un peu peur en arrivant car fete d anniversaire tres bruyante dans l espace de reception mais heureusement le calme est vite revenu et nous avons passe le reste du sejour au calme, aussi parce que pas beaucoup de monde a l hotel. personnel disponible et souriant. le petit dejeuner pourrait etre ameliore et la climatisation metiterait sans doute une petite revision (nous avons demande une seconde cle pour la faire tourner en permanence). salle de bain a rafraichir. literie de qualite. par contre le village de ruva est sans interet (mais a quand meme une ZTL donc attention pour les non residents) et il faut obligatoirement faire quelques kms et aller sur la cote pour diner. quelques bonnes adresses a Molfetta.
