La Masseria est située dans un environnement assez peu agréable entourée de champs de vignes bâchées avec des plastiques. C’est très laid . En plus si vous voulez sortir le soir dans une ville sympa, compter 30 minutes de route minimum . Nous sommes tombés sur une chambre ( 4) sous les toits. Pas terrible du tout. J’ai demande à changer , il fallait écrire par WhatsApp à la direction ! Pour le petit déjeuner. Banal et pas très varié. Évitez le restaurant, la friture et le tiramisu ne sont pas au niveau Enfin le jour du départ la personne de l’accueil est incapable d’expliquer la note du restaurant ( elle a les bons pour la cuisine, mais pas la note détaillée) A éviter si vous séjourner dans les pouilles

Siamo stati ospiti il 14-15 agosto e l’unica parola che descrive il tutto è truffa legalizzata. Prezzo spropositato ( 1760,70€ per 4 adulti e 2 bambini con sola colazione) a fronte di un servizio indegno. La struttura è bella ma completamente mal gestita: piscina piccola e invivibile, invasa da vespe e zanzare, nessuna regola rispettata e zero controllo. Camere senza zanzariere: nostro figlio di 1 anno massacrato dalle punture. La ristorazione è stata il vero incubo: pranzo di Ferragosto di 3 ore interminabili, menù scarno e di bassa qualità, “scampi” che erano semplici gamberi, carne immangiabile, bevande servite calde. Per cena? Il menù riciclato dal pranzo! Abbiamo dovuto ordinare pizze da fuori e mangiarle in camera. Dopo aver segnalato tutto alla reception, nessuna soluzione, nessun rimborso, nessuna assunzione di responsabilità. Personale gentile ma direzione totalmente assente: un’amministrazione che definire vergognosa è poco. Concludo con una sola parola: sciacalli.

Ferragosto da incubo: 1600€ spesi per due giorni di disorganizzazione e pessima gestione. Piscina invasa da vespe e zanzare, senza regole né controllo; camere prive di zanzariere con un bimbo di un anno letteralmente divorato. Il pranzo di Ferragosto? Tre ore di tortura: menù povero e scadente, “scampi” che erano gamberi, carne secca e immangiabile, bevande servite calde. Per cena la stessa minestra riscaldata, al punto che abbiamo dovuto ordinare pizze dall’esterno. Reception informata ma nessuna soluzione. Struttura potenzialmente bella, ma ristorazione, organizzazione e direzione da denuncia. Una sola parola: sciacalli.

Siamo stati in questa masseria meravigliosa il primo giugno in occasione della Cresima di nostra figlia. Quel giorno c'erano diversi ricevimenti: la nostra Cresima, Comunioni, Compleanni....e tutti con menù diversi....insomma una situazione non semplice da gestire. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.....dagli ambienti interni a quelli esterni, all'area gioco per i bimbi...tutto ordinato e pulito....la qualità delle pietanze e la loro preparazione molto molto buona....ma il fiore all'occhiello è stato il servizio....davvero impeccabile!! Insomma, a voler trovare un difetto non era possibile...tutto davvero perfetto! I nostri complimenti al Direttore che ha saputo gestire tutto in maniera eccellente ed a tutto lo staff!!

Sabato 31 maggio abbiamo festeggiato il 50° anniversario di matrimonio dei miei genitori. Non finirò mai di ringraziarvi per la splendida giornata, siete sempre una felice conferma. Avete reso la nostra festa speciale. Grazie per l'accoglienza, per il servizio sempre impeccabile, per la cortesia e le attenzioni. Sul cibo che dire, si commenta da solo al primo assaggio. Prodotti eccellenti in una cucina casereccia ma ricercata. Applausi al pasticcere. Grazie ancora e sicuramente ci rivedremo quanto prima, che sia per una ricorrenza speciale o semplicemente per una domenica in famiglia.

Ponte I Maggio 25 Ottima esperienza x 3 notti in questa Meravigliosa Masseria a Rutigliano Posizione privilegiata per visitare questa parte della Puglia. Location fantastica ,accogliente, immersa nella natura , stile Masseria 5 stelle Pugliese che ha reso tutto l'insieme suggestivo. Pulizia impeccabile nella stanza Suite 27. Struttura ben curata. Relax a bordo piscina. “Eccellente ristorante” Tre Cene nella sala interna, con mise en place moderna. Cucina ottima tipica Pugliese , cibo di qualità, piatti particolari preparati con cura. Chef con ottima esperienza. Servizio di qualità, ben organizzato. Sensazione di accoglienza ed attenzione. Personale e camerieri gentili competenti e professionali. Da non dimenticare la cortesia ed il garbo di tutto lo staff. L’'atmosfera rilassante, le colazioni e le cene impeccabili hanno reso speciale il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo. Complimenti!!!!! Ho trascorso una notte presso questa bella e curata masseria. All’esterno tra i vigneti si trovano ampi spazi con il campo da calcetto e parco giochi per i bambini. Le camere sono molto spaziose e ben curate mantenendo intatte le caratteristiche delle masserie di un tempo.Eccellellenti sia la cena e la colazione con i prodotti del territorio locale. Un particolare ringraziamento allo staff e a tutto il personale del ristorante per la cordialità e la disponibilità. Consigliatissimo.

The area is beautiful and the room is clean! The pool is nice! But the restaurant area is not what you see in the pictures! It is a room with lights as in a football station, no atmosphere and the food is ok! During Easter they had a special menu for the evening that was really bad!the the breakfast is ok but it is the same every day. The guest are really not polite with the phone for the kids with loud sound and the waiters do not say anything about it! It was ok but we would not be back!
