StoneBridge Village Resort

We had booked a two night stay and arrived after hours. We went to the check in building and called the phone number listed for the after hours contact info only for them to tell us they had no reservation with our name. We’d booked a week prior to our arrival online and our credit card had already been charged. We spent over an hour on the phone with an after hours lady who was not local. She kept giving us a local phone number that went right back to her. She then kept trying to say there was a different property manager and we were at the wrong property; however, all the contact info on our reservation also went right back to her. We even double checked with the guard at the gate that we were in the right spot, he verified that we were. This lady claimed she had no info, repeatedly asked how to spell our name with each call, and stated she would escalate the issue, but we may not hear back from the property manager until the next morning. She also said, “you’re going to need to find a hotel.” We spent over two hours dealing with them, no response from the property manager. We contacted the site we booked through, they verified our reservation on their end and stated it was an issue cause by Stonebridge. We requested a full refund. Since it’s the busy season in Branson, we called over 50 hotels from Branson, ozark, and Springfield and couldn’t find anywhere to stay for the night so we had to drive home. Worst part was explaining to our kids why our entire trip was cancelled. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

Very spacious, variety of amenities but pretty outdated. Mattresses were very worn down and the pool area with the splash pad (that doesn’t work) was really dirty, no umbrellas either so absolutely no shade. Odd that both entrances can’t be utilized for guests staying there.

The check in instructions were a little confusing but after talking to the gate keeper it all came together. The area felt very safe and apartments were well stocked with kitchen necessities. Very close to Silver Dollar City but a little far from downtown Branson. Depends what you want to do.

Only because it was a free stay for sitting through a time share presentation last year am I giving it good review. Thankfully we were on the go most of the time, so we didn't really have to spend that much time in the condo. We were evidently placed in the bargain condos as there are nicer ones elsewhere in the resort. The rooms were outdated and dark with very poor lighting in the bathroom. We were expecting something comparable to the timeshare we were at that got us the free week, this wasn't it. Very small TV so we went to a sports bar to watch the football games. Sleeping was good as the bed was to our liking. The workers were all really nice especially those at the guard shack. It would have been nice to use the gate closest to Branson to access the resort. As I said it looks like there are nicer condos and villas elsewhere in the resort and the resort itself looks nice. I would place our particular condo in the lower catgory of of a Wyndym hotel chain.

This is a great place to vacation. Very relaxing away from all the business of Branson but close enough to get to where you want to go in Branson. This is our 5th year of staying at StoneBridge.

I will have to say, I was extremely pleased with the two units I rented for 7 nights. The setting was beautiful. I loved the way my units backed up to the serenity of the woods. The units were very well kept. The beds were very clean and mattresses were well cared for. I do have some suggestions. Please clean the stains in carpet. Please have brooms and vacuums in all units. Neither of mine had these to sweep or vacuum. Our unit A fridge leaked badly inside and flooded my food inside the crisper. Also. We only had one roll of toilet paper per unit. I will.love to stay again as this was my first stay in this resort. Thank you. Lynnette
