We had an amazing weekend at Woodland Gardens! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, making it the perfect getaway. Our dogs had an absolute blast, freely running around in the secure, fenced garden, which gave us peace of mind. One of the highlights was enjoying a lovely braai while watching the sunset—it was the perfect way to end the day. The surroundings are peaceful, and everything is set up to make you feel at home. If you're looking for a tranquil escape with your furry friends, we highly recommend Woodland Gardens. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back!

We had the best time at Woodland Gardens and would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway weekend! The owners were so eager and communicative--you could tell this was a passion project and they were truly invested in the quality of our stay. They were super helpful with ideas of what to do for the weekend, and even helped to have the gate unlocked for our 3:15am departure for a sunrise game drive. Speaking of the gate, we felt super safe and enclosed the whole time, even though the location was right off the road. It was the perfect combination of convenience and remote-ness. We would definitely stay here again :)

It has been a very relaxing stay for the mid-week. Very nice setting. The cabin has been a nice rustic experience. The only trouble has been the rain that dampened our spirit slightly as it has been wet most of the time.

If you're looking for peace, friendly fur-babies, comfort, and simplicity, then this is the perfect get away. We wanted for nothing, and enjoyed everything. Take your pets. They'll enjoy it too.

Room service was fine, we had day visitors to join us for a braai. The key of the main door of the cottage was broken, but we manage to lock and unlock the door. The wardrobe was damage, the beds was too small (short) as we are tall people. The windows in the room did not close properly, when closed you still felt a breeze. The beddings was pretty. The location was beautiful a lot of trees and mountains, except the roads was full of potholes. The yard does not have a lot of grass, a lot of red mud. When it rained the mud pools was worse. The closed yard for the dogs was excellent.
