The receptionist was polite, the room was clean and had everything that I needed, the pillows were very fluffy and the curtains blocked the light from outside it was peaceful,and I slept well.

WHY IS IT CHEAP? BECAUSE IT NASTY!!! STAY AT FOSSIL INN OR IN HAYS . I didn't eat the breakfast it didn't look like they served much plus obviously they don't give a hoot about there motel because it's nasty. I diffently not going to eat the breakfast Couldn't give it a below 1

Very convenient to highway with easy check in. Building looks in poor condition but the room was fine. Bed very comfortable and clean.
