Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel fin septembre. Établissement très propre, propriétaire charmant et un petits soins. Petit déjeuner très bon avec des produits maison. Chambre très propre au calme. Local pour ranger les vélos, voir verte à proximité. Nous recommandons cet établissement

À faire et refaire Un acceuil une qualité du restaurant dans un jardin magnifique Prenez le temps de vous arrêter et oubliez pas de réserver avant 200 caractères c est trop peu ou trop long Nous avons découvert ce lieu et c est certains nous reviendrons et nous le recommandons Encore merci pour l acceuil et la qualité du repas

Très bel endroit, charmant, maison de maître, parc magnifique et ombragé avec accès direct à la rivière, restaurant de très bonne qualité fin et goûteux, chambres charmantes et tout confort, service top, agréable et arrangeant. Un 3 étoiles pépite à recommander !

We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel is perfectly situated and has a private access to the Ardeche River. All rooms have AC and have a nice furniture. The surrounding with its park is beautiful. We loved to have dinner in park. The kitchen was delicious and the service outstanding. Ruoms is a lovely town with a lot of small shops and nice restaurants. Stefanie gave us many ideas what we could do in the area (hidden spots to get a dip in the different rivers around, shopping, wineries, etc.) If you are looking for a lovely Boutique Hotel in the Ardeche region, this is the place to go. We will come back!

Nous avions connu cet établissement il y a plus de 10 ans. Satisfaits à l'époque, mais sans plus du à la vétusté des lieux. Tout à été refait... et bien fait. Quel charme dans cette demeure !!! C'est plein de vie, les escaliers craquent, la décoration associe toutes les matières naturelles, on s'y sent bien. Et le petit-déjeuner : une merveille. Des produits frais, locaux, fait maison (la confiture de framboises mmmmmmm!!!), du vrai pain traditionnel. Vous pouvez venir sans crainte.

Schönes romantisches, ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit herrlichem Umschwung, gemütlicher Terrasse zum Frühstücken oder für‘s Apéro und einer exzellenten Küche. Von hier aus hat man direkt (privaten) Zugang zur Ardèche und von Stefanie erhielten wir jeden Tag exklusive Ausflugstipps, welche wir geschätzt haben. Wir kommen wieder

C’est simple, tout est parfait ! Le cadre est magnifique , belle bâtisse , beau jardin , grand parking. A l’intérieur tout est décoré avec beaucoup de goût , Notre chambre spacieuse et d’une propreté irréprochable avait vue sur le jardin ,la literie est très confortable . Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent avec un large choix sucré et salé. Et l’accueil est très chaleureux,on vous donnera plein de conseils pour visiter la région . On part à regret et on a hâte de revenir… merci encore pour ce très bon moment

We stayed at Hotel Savel for 2 nights whilst in the region to kayak on the Ardèche. From the moment we arrived we fell in love with the Hotel! The hosts were so friendly and the room was fantastic. We really enjoyed spending time in the garden and walking down to the river where you can lie on the sand and swim. The evening meal was absolutely stunning in a stunning location with local wine! The room itself was immaculate and a pleasure to stay in. The only shame was that we couldn’t stay longer! I would definitely recommend this absolute gem of a hotel to anyone. We will definitely be back! James and Helen
