Little Savoy Guest House

Not much to say other than I would not book there again. Word of caution, check the availability of your room before arriving especially, if you’re an international traveler.

Excellent

We were booked for 1 night, and if we didn't get there when we did we would've had no room. 3 more people came after me - they overbooked the rooms. I didn't get the 2 rooms I booked and paid for becayse the rooms were oversold. The "king cabin" shower head wasn't working, the bathroom door did not lock. The sheets were dirty and we were never brought up more sheets. I reached out to the number provided to get a refund since I didn't get the 2 rooms I purchased and since I not received a response. The day of, I couldn't get a refund because the owner was on vacation and the staff that was managing had no clue had to manage the situation. He was too overwhelmed with having to deescalate the issur that was cause of overbooked rooms.

Overbooking and there was very little costumer service to assist

Very very bad don’t go there people it’s not good No customer service at all. I reserve two rooms and i provided the payment information for the two rooms a month in advance and when I got the the property to check in there was no one to speak with,there was a number to call and so I called the number and a female answered the phone and was very rude. Let me know that there is no rooms available for me because I did not make a payment before I got to the property. It was stated online that there would be no money collected until I get to the property however, if they had wanted to collect money before I checked in, they could’ve pulled the money from my card because I didn’t provide my card information online and she was very rude and hung up the phone and that was it. I would never ever recommend anyone to use this property as a place of stay for vacation. I am a return residence that is from Hampstead district in Runaway Bay in that same area and I would never spend a dollar with this people because they are so unprofessional and organized. I got to the property at around 7:30 PM at night and could not get to stay. I had to find myself another guest house to stay. What if I did not know the area that I was in and I had my family traveling with me from the state of Florida to my home town in Jamaica that was very much on professional.
