Jewel Paradise Cove Adult Beach Resort & Spa – All Inclusive

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights (trip cut short due to hurricane). Staff were friendly, room was tidy and spacious and food and drink options were good (but repetitive). Good value resort, but slightly dated and could do with a refresh in some areas.

It was the favorite Resort we've ever been to sadly has now been bought out and is closed and being renovated under new ownership and probably a new name. Barbara Burton was the best manager of a resort that I have ever experienced. We love the pools and the hot tubs and we want to go back there so bad. I hope it reopens as something very similar with Barbara still in charge

The property I wanted to stay was closed , they sent me to different property I had paid for shared shuttle they gave me ride to the the property but not back to the airport . I had to pay sixty extra dollars for the taxi .

Just a relaxing spot for 3 days is good

Very outdated resort. Super small. Beach is maybe 200 m long. Food was so bad, the sushi restaurant was literally DISGUSTING. There were not enough chairs for everyone and people would wake up at the crack of dawn to reserve them all with towels and then then not even use them for the whole day. There was a major lack of chairs and barely ANY SHADE on the resort! My fiance burns really easily and after 2 days in the sun we were so sick of it and couldn't get any reprieve with any shade. We went through the 2 bottles of SPF we brought after a couple days and had to spent an enormous amount of money to get another one at the shop. There was very little entertainment. When we got sick of roasting in the sun without any shade the whole day, our only other option really was to hang out in our room which was incredibly boring. We were ready to leave after 2-3 days. For ＞$2000 per person for the week, we would have expected a lot more. So disappointing.
