AI Summary
The accommodation impresses with comfortable beds, ample space, and quiet atmosphere. Its convenient location near tube stations and amenities is appreciated. However, some guests find it overpriced for the level of service.

Had a lovely stay at Premier Inn! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained – just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!

This isn’t a place you want to stay unless you have money to burn and nowhere else to lay your head for the night. The adjoining hotel is ready to be demolished therefore there are no breakfast options and I think the hotel isn’t too far behind closing either. Real shame as Premier Inns normally have a certain standard, including ability to have a drink and breakfast in a decent establishment but not the case here. Staff were friendly though hotel mostly unattended. Feel really disappointed as didn’t come anywhere close to the £100 per night price paid.

Have stayed here a few times whilst visiting family close by, not the cheapest at just over £120/night but very convenient for what we needed. We knew the attached bar and restaurant had closed (not owned by Premier Inn) so there were no onsite breakfast facilities but with the prior knowledge, this was not a problem. Very quiet residential area so had a great sleep. The room was very clean and staff were brilliant. However, no Wi-Fi for the whole stay and staff were not able to say when it would be restored. Given the lack of on site restaurant, I think a price review is needed.

Where to start... Room very tired...Bathroom didnt feel clean, Bed on risers, collapsed when i got into bed, so damn dangerous! TV on side wall so couldnt be viewed from bed , only from desk. Armchair much too low for a disabled person. No mobile signal or internet connection. Not worth the money. Didn't even want to shower in morning, couldnt get away fast enough!! If youre disabled go elsewhere!!

Tired looking rooms. We knew when booking that there were no facilities for breakfast but it’s a definite disadvantage, not reflected in the price. No fridge or safe in the room. The latter a real necessity in London Tea and coffee in room but £2:50 to buy a small bottle of water. No internet availability all weekend despite being told there would be.

The restaurant is shut and a building site, leading to fire alarms going off and continuing to flash for over 90 mins (we left). No WiFi at all and the phone signal is weak. If you are planning to work or stream here, you will struggle. Very disappointed we had booked meals there and I planned to do emails as I'm self-employed (it was a leisure trip but I needed to work). At no time did Premier Inn let is know these services would not be available. I would have cancelled on my flexi booking and gone elsewhere. It made travelling with disabled children far more difficult as the services we were relying on having simply weren't there. There was alternative accommodation in the area, but we paid before we found out how dire it was and the reception team were unable to help.

What a place. In its history the restaurant here was the darling of the new suburban dream and the wealthy from Ruislip, Ickenham, Denham and beyond would flock. Let's remind ourselves that in that suburban dream, little old Ruislip has five tube stations, more than any other suburban gem in Greater London. It's gone wrong with Premier Inn apparently opening a quick build hotel without giving a damn about it's 'promise' that a decent restaurant would be on site or adjacent. Ruislip has more decent restaurants now than ever before with every price range from McDonalds to Browns. Can you imagine that Ruislip still has the Wimpy bar it had 40 years ago. But the point of Premier Inns is that you all park up after a long drive, have a shower, and dive into the restaurant next door. So far that's gone wrong here. So tips: decide on and book your Ruislip restaurant in advance. When you've arrived and parked up at Premier and unwound, get an Uber to the restaurant and back. Next day go into London on the Tube, enjoy yourself, and "Mind the Gap". And in terms of enjoying your stay at this Premier, not a question of mind the gap, but manage it...

This hotel needs a serious update. The hotel room was the basic Premier room but looked a little bit rundown in my opinion compared other Premier Inn hotels I stayed in. Restaurant Next Door has closed down so we were asked to go to the local town to get food, which was a 10 minute walk away. Not a problem, but didn’t realise when we booked . I won’t be staying there again.
