特地找的連鎖酒店，前台小楊還給我們升級了房間，服務意識強，停車場也很寬敞，地面和地下停車場都很大，很滿意的一次入住，下次還會選擇這裏

酒店的位置、衞生、環境和設施都很不錯，可稱一流。
房間服務也很好，服務人員通過給住客留字條與住客溝通，告知服務情況，很感貼心。
酒店大堂的前台人員服務不好。按理説，瑞金是一個旅遊城市，服務行業的人員，對於旅遊和交通訊息應該耳熟能詳、出口成章，結果卻是一問三不知，十分敷衍，令剛到瑞金十五分鐘的我，就留下了不好的印象。
