Brianna was a awesome front desk employee. She was always willing to help with any issues and always had a smile on her face. Made us feel very comfortable during our stay. Brianna is definitely an asset to MCM Elegante in Ruidoso. Thank you for the awesome service!

Stayed here for a conference, check in process went smooth. Staff very welcoming at arrival. Upgraded my room, i didnot ask and not sure why but very kind to do that, my room was outstanding, great view, comfortable. Lobby is very well done. Hotel was very quiet. Plenty of parking, Breakfast was outstanding. Buffet, eggs to order. Even had posole. Everyone on staff from front desk to maint to custodial to dining staff were very welcoming, always greeting me. I will be back.

Disappointed in the way the room was cleaned. Arrived and long black hairs in the shower all shampoo and body soap containers empty. Reported it and said they would get the bathroom detailed while we were out. Came back and nothing had changed. Said the told room service manager and they said it was taken care of. We left again and was told while we were out that they had been in and took care of everything nothing was done. The lady at night said she was going to credit us some of our money but since we booked through ******* she could not. Very disappointed that a higher in resort style hotel could not fulfill its promises.

We stayed here for one night during our trip to White Sands and our experience was nice. Very nice complimentary breakfast where you can order your omelette. Outside sitting place was nice, where you can see view of golf course and Elk grazing the grass.
