景色絕對的100分，面朝黃河，依山而建，晚上有射燈展示運城美景美物！接下來全是吐槽，一是服務。可以算有求必應，這點值得肯定，我住的房間前面草坪晚上有活動，但無論攜程還是到酒店都沒人告知，為了下活動要到晚上十一點多，跟管家聯繫，最後更換了一個房間，雖然兩個選擇，一個浴缸壞了，一個玻璃碎了，但為了安靜選了玻璃外層碎的，接待我們的小夥子很有耐心，因為第一個房間我們已經入住，還用了浴缸，但還是給我們換了，態度也很好！隨後的兩天每個工作人員都態度冷漠，繃著一張臉，雖然要求都滿足你，但作為一家攜程的度假農莊，服務真的“出乎意料！”二是餐食。第一天點了黃河鯉魚，居然發現了頭髮，找服務人員一句道歉沒有，衹是退掉了，我也又點了其他菜，如果不是之前換房間有些不好意思，真的直接走人！我覺得服務差，還是培訓的問題，對服務員要求太低了，確實有點毀攜程的牌子！

黃河作鄰，推窗收盡壯美風光，炎炎夏日小童們的笑鬧聲在泳池裡濺起清涼，農莊以味蕾丈量黃河風情，當繁星墜落母親河，與夏日同醉美夢中。

環境優美，黃河灣景色迷人，特別是傍晚時分，暮光、遠山、黃河、綠草同框，簡直絕美！服務人員很有耐心，按要求換了一池新水，小朋友玩得不亦樂乎。

經理給免費升級了房型，黃河邊上的風景很漂亮，酒店給推薦的附近美食值得品嚐，還有一些細節需要酒店給員工加以培訓，訊息反饋不及時，前台服務要有耐心，剛入住房間有三衹蒼蠅，工程部不要隨意進出有客人入住房間的區域……！希望這些問題酒店可以加以重視
