房間很乾凈沒話説。有一點很不好。首先前台客服服務敷衍，不像是大酒店應有的。其次，有200按金，我第二天退房説可以退現金，前台説不行，必須原路退，拒絕後我詢問為什麼不能退現金？説總部退賬。是誰退賬無所謂，我們客户不關心這個，我們衹關心錢能不能馬上到賬，酒店做事情不能這麼死規矩。其次，我在前台等退款幾乎半個小時，我去催，前台才打電話催，是不是應該馬上就要檢查房間有沒有消費或者什麼的？房嫂把自己當大爺了？我要不反覆問是不是就眯下這200按金了？我等幾乎半小時。不是我小心眼，而是這個體驗很不舒服，我希望大家引以為戒，含有按金的酒店少預訂，我也會審慎預訂含有按金的酒店。

設施：齊全 過年期間沒有早飯
服務：但前台沒説…？讓我第二天起早下去問，才知道沒有？要不是攜程給我發了60塊錢紅包我會給全一星
衞生：有小蟑螂出沒在洗手枱 床上不明黑色碎屑
環境：太棒了 對面就是網吧 很好的地理位置 一樓的魚不知道為什麼讓整個大堂臭臭的
