Altes Haus das die letzten 30 Jahre wohl die Renovierung versäumt hat. Preis/Leitung nicht gerechtfertigt, das Hotel lebt wohl von der Lage (direkt am Golfplatz und schöne Aussicht) und davon, daß Ruhpolding sonst schnell mal ausgebucht ist. Frühstück ok, aber nichts außergewöhnliches für den Preis. Restaurant abends als Vegetarier besser meiden, schmeckte wie TK Fertiggericht. Bei Regen müffelt es im EG. Personal war nett, ich hatte eine neue Matratze in meinem Zimmer.

Prima hotel voor redelijke prijs. Kamers zijn ouderwetst, maar alles is netjes en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk gegeten. Een mooie een rustige omgeving met een heerlijk uitzicht. Wij hebben hier een tussenstop gemaakt op weg naar Slovenië.

After checking in, we were shocked by the bad smell of toilet in the room. The whole room smelled like washroom; it was unbearable to stay. The room looked very old including the carpet in front of the toilet and shower. The room did not have a balcony either. We knew we could not stay there and checked out immediately due to the intense smell. We had to call the manager and explained the situation and were told that we needed to contact ******* for the refund. The manager claimed he never heard from ******* and ******* said the manager never responded, this went on for weeks. So never got the refund. Terrible experience.

Man konnte sich dort sehr wohl fühlen. Das Essen vor Ort war großartig. Und durch die Gästekarte konnte man viele Vergünstigungen erhalten.

Vi boede på værelse 1, som trænger forfærdeligt til renovering. Dårlige senge, med ringe hovedpuder og dyner. Et brusebad midt i værelset, så man stod ud på tæppet. En lampe i brusebadet beregnet på at være i et skab - den gik hele tiden ud.
Men personalet er virkelig søde, og prøver at gøre alt for at man føler sig godt tilpas. Maden er gedigen tysk på den gode måde, og det er en fin morgenmad. Så 5 stjerner til personalet og til maden.
Men værelset….det var ikke godt!

Fair price but needs some renovations.
The breakfast is great, especially with the buffet on the weekends. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and would need some urgent renovations and updating.

Wir kamen recht spät und die Küche hatte schon geschlossen. Dennoch konnten wir Essen von der Karte bestellen und es wurde problemlos zubereitet und gebracht. War zudem sehr lecker. Meine Frau schwört auf den Apfelstrudel. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und frisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes uriges Gasthaus in Bayern. Sehr zu empfehlen.
