All the staff meet my needs, there was a lovely lady that helped me to my room ( Joanne beer ) infact evening girl and the night girl was helpful too, they all made a conversation, meet my and my family needs. Lovely clean room, my daughter and her boyfriend has just book up with Rugeley travel lodge Many thanks

Convenient location near a large petrol station and Burger King which is handy for snacks etc. Greeted with a warm welcome at reception. The room was clean and comfortable. Except for a sweet or something that was left sticking on the room instructions. Not sure where it wasn’t replaced anyway the room was much better than previous stats in other travel lodges so I wasn’t too worried. Good enough for a stopover and I’d be happy to stay a night again.

Very poor nights stay. Hotel was in a poor state outside. Cigerette ends every where. Doors hard to open with an invalid chair

No locks on room maintenance door and no locks on the toilet door either. The room was clean and tidy

Easy to find right on the edge of town lots of places to see within 5 miles if you love walking or cycling try cannock chase forest

Convenient location. After a long day at Alton Tower's Scarefest it was ideal. It was close to the M6 and we actually passed the Hotel on the way. We found a lovely garden centre nearby too
