I’m extremely disappointed with my experience — and I didn’t even get to stay at the hotel. My flights were cancelled the day before my scheduled check-in, completely out of my control. I contacted the hotel right away to explain the situation and see if any kind of refund or partial credit could be arranged. Unfortunately, they showed zero flexibility or understanding.
Not only did they refuse a full refund, they wouldn’t even offer a partial one. I understand there are policies, but good customer service should take real-life situations into account — especially something as disruptive and verifiable as cancelled flights. I lost a significant amount of money for a stay I couldn’t use, and I won’t be booking here again.

Stayed in a double room with bunk bed (I was with 2 children). Unavailable room despite online check-in, small cockroaches on the sink (had to approach housekeeping staff to put bug spray), flies in the room, bloodstained curtains, hot room - felt like 25C and no thin blankets, only duvets. Bed was comfortable enough to sleep in. Train station 10 mins away by walking.

Chambre devant la porte des escaliers. À chaque passage la porte claque du coup réveillé bien plus tôt que prévu et de nombreuses fois.
