Diciamo che da un 4 stelle e 375 € per due notti (colazione inclusa) qualcosa discutibile c’è.Note positive ubicazione in una via abbastanza tranquilla a 20min dalla RER e quasi davanti alla fermata del bus,camera molto ampia e molto apprezzato il fatto di trovare una bottiglia di acqua (anche se manca il frigo) e soprattutto le cialde di caffè nespresso con relativa macchinetta da caffè e colazione buona.Note negative:prima di tutto trovo assurdo che nel 2025 alla reception non ci sia una persona , anche giovane, che parli inglese .La struttura è molto datata e la moquette vecchia non trasmette una sensazione di pulito.Il letto ha un materasso poco comodo, non direi soffice ma sfondato e molto molto usato (praticamente sembra una U quando ti sdrai), Provato a collegarmi al Wi-Fi ma non è stato possibile collegarsi (2 piano).In ultimo provo ad asciugarmi i capelli e un pezzo del phone (la griglia di protezione del diffusore)si stacca ed è evidente che era così da molto tempo), peccato perché la struttura avrebbe un po’ di potenziale se fosse risistemata e resa un po’ più moderna

J’ai conseillé un ami qui vient des états-unis de reserver cet hotel (chambre réservée enligne sur *******). Il arrive à 1h du matin, le réceptionniste confirme la reservation et lui donne la clé. Mon ami monte et trouve qu’IL Y A DES GENS qui dorment dans la chambre. Il n’existe pas d’autres chambres disponibles. On annule tout simplement sa reservation, on lui offre une petite bouteille d’eau avant de se trouver tout seul à la rue à 1h du matin. Il a cherché désespérément plusieurs hotel sans trouvé de disponibilité en ligne. Un hotel lui propose une chambre seulement en cash avec un prix exorbitant. Il a reçu quelques jours plutard le remboursement sans aucune compensation malgré mes appels.
